• Monitor machinery and perform routine maintenance
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational standards
🧪 Lab Technicians (Labticians)
• Conduct quality control tests on base oils, additives, and finished products
• Analyze samples to meet industry specifications
• Maintain accurate records and support product improvement
🏭 Production Supervisor
• Oversee daily blending operations and meet production targets
• Coordinate teams for efficiency and consistent output
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational procedures
