Ever wonder if that cooking oil is still good to use? Here's how to know for sure

👁️ LOOK at it: Fresh oil is clear and light. Dark, cloudy oil with floating bits? Time to say goodbye!

👃 SMELL it: Quality oil has little to no smell. Getting weird, sour, or fishy vibes? That's a no-go!

🔥 HEAT test: If it starts smoking way too early or foams at low heat, your oil is telling you something!

✌️ FEEL test: Rub a drop between your fingers - should feel smooth, not sticky or thick!

Don't gamble with your health or the taste of your food! When oil fails these tests, it's time for proper disposal. ♻️
