In Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia, China, China Comservice, for the first time, innovatively adopted a chilled water system and Panama Power together with the BIM construction technology to efficiently complete the construction of the VNET Intelligent Computing Center Base under extreme climatic conditions. The project not only provides solid computing power support for large technology companies, but also drives direct employment of over 10,000 people in data centers across the city. In the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, China Comservice implemented smart capacity expansion, safety enhancement and efficiency increase for over 1,349 kilometers of high-grade waterways. With the help of advanced detection equipment such as the multibeam echosounder system, unmanned ships and drones, a high-precision electronic waterway map will be created, achieving real-time update and sharing of waterway water level, obstacles and meteorological data. While greatly improving the efficiency of waterway traffic, it will also identify risks such as floods and landslides in advance, provide disaster prevention decision support for cities along the route, and reduce the impact of extreme weather on residents’ lives and port operations.

In Lianyungang, China, China Comservice built the largest offshore photovoltaic (PV) project in the country and the first nuclear-thermal-solar-storage multi-energy complementary demonstration project in the world. With “three-dimensional use of the sea, nuclear-PV coupling and energy storage support” as its core, the project aims to establish a new energy supply system featuring multi-energy complementarity. The project has achieved a number of key technological breakthroughs, and produced a reproducible technical system and standard for offshore PV development. Upon completion and operation, it can generate an average annual on-grid electricity of 2.234 billion kWh, meeting the annual electricity demand of about 230,000 people and realizing 24/7 stable power supply through the use of nuclear power for base load, PV for peak shaving and energy storage for power buffering.

In the Philippines, the TMI energy storage project built by China Comservice achieved a phased breakthrough. To address complex working conditions such as restricted clearance under high-voltage power lines, a slide rail hydraulic side-pushing construction technology was used innovatively. Several 42-ton equipment were successfully put in place safely and accurately. The project can effectively solve the problems of local power grid fluctuation and insufficient power supply, improving residents’ life and industrial and commercial operation. It can effectively smooth out load peaks and valleys, reduce the frequency of power outage, and provide continuous and stable power support for families, hospitals, schools and other scenarios. At the same time, by optimizing the efficiency of the power grid, the residential electricity cost is indirectly reduced, alleviating the pressure of energy expenditure for low-income groups.

中国通服参建的“东南亚-日本二号(SJC2)国际海底光缆”项目光缆总长10500公里,中国通服承接了超过4000公里的海缆安装,以及部分海缆登陆作业工作。主干连接中国香港、日本和新加坡三大核心节点,并进一步延伸至亚太其他主要国家和地区。海缆的顺利投产,标志着亚太地区信息基础设施迈上了新台阶,极大地促进与沿线国家的通信合作,推动区域数字经济发展。

The SJC2 international submarine cable project, in which China Comservice participated, has a total length of 10,500 km. China Comservice undertook the installation of over 4,000 km of submarine cable, as well as part of the cable landing works. The trunk line connects three core nodes – Hong Kong, China, Japan and Singapore, and further extends to other major countries and regions in Asia-Pacific. The successful commissioning of the submarine cable marks a new milestone for the information infrastructure in the region, significantly enhancing communication cooperation with countries along the route and driving the development of the regional digital economy.

In Mindanao, Philippines, the 75MW ground photovoltaic construction project, undertaken by China Comservice, adopts the impact head piling technology for cast-in-place concrete piles, instead of traditional construction methods, to ensure that each photovoltaic pile foundation is stable and reliable. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual power generation will reach 110-135 million kWh, and the annual carbon dioxide emission will be reduced by 80,000-120,000 tons, which will help the local green and low-carbon transformation with clean energy. During the construction period, the project has created more than 1,000 jobs for the local area, effectively driving the surrounding consumption and becoming an important force to promote local economic development and maintain community harmony and stability.

在菲律宾北吕宋,中国通服打造的LLG 82MW大型地面光伏项目利用当地低洼地势及充沛太阳能资源,采用“灌注桩+抬升支架”技术方案。建成后将拥有长达25年的运营期,年均发电量约1.3亿千瓦时,可满足北吕宋地区约8.5万户家庭的年度用电需求;每年还将减少二氧化碳排放10.6万吨,有效优化区域能源供给结构,保护当地生态环境。同时,项目将直接创造超过1000个本地就业岗位,并间接带动上下游产业链数百个就业机会,切实提升当地居民收入与生活水平。

In Northern Luzon, Philippines, China Comservice undertakes a LLG 82MW large-scale ground-mounted photovoltaic project, which utilizes the local low-lying terrain and abundant solar energy resources, and adopts a “cast-in-place piles + elevated support” construction method. Once completed, it will operate for 25 years, generating approximately 130 million kWh of electricity annually, meeting the annual energy needs of around 85,000 households in the region. Additionally, it will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 106,000 tons per year, effectively optimizing the regional energy supply structure and protecting the local ecosystem. Furthermore, the project will directly create over 1,000 local jobs and indirectly generate hundreds of employment opportunities along the upstream and downstream industrial chains, tangibly improving the income and living standards of local residents.
