Vacancy for Beach Master.

We are seeking a competent and certified professional with proven experience in high-volume, multi-vessel logistics.

Job Location: Warri, Delta State.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to manage and supervise all aspects of the jetty and harbor interface, including but not limited to: - Coordinating the safe arrival, berthing, and departure of all vessels (tugs, PSVs, barges, etc.).
- Logistics Scheduling
- Ensuring strict adherence to all HSE procedures, local port regulations, and international maritime standards (STCW, ISM).
- Supervising the safe loading, offloading, and staging of all cargo and spares.
- Liaising with vessel Masters, Port /Jetty Authorities, and internal departments

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a marine, port, or jetty supervisory/management role (e.g., Beach Master, Harbour Master, or similar supervisory capacity).
- Chief Mate/Master Certificate of Competency (or equivalent) is highly preferred, along with mandatory STCW certification.
- Proven proficiency in ship handling/maneuvering principles

1. Social Media Specialist

Are you creative, trend-savvy, and passionate about creating compelling social media content that engages audiences and drives brand growth? Then this is for you!

What You will Do:

- Develop social media content calendar across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity.

- Craft clear, engaging content tailored to diverse social platforms and audiences.

- Support marketing activities including promotions, events, and exhibitions.

- Spearhead innovative social media campaigns that foster customer connection, maximize engagement, and promote brand advocacy.

2. Executive Assistant

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for organization? We are seeking a professional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.

What You will Do:

- Oversee the smooth operation of the MD office

- Act as the primary liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Effectively coordinate emails and phone communications to streamline information flow.

- Schedule and arrange meetings, conferences, and business events, and prepare necessary reports, presentations, and documents.

- Serve as a representative of the MD in internal and external engagements as needed.

- Organize all travel arrangements for the MD

- Prepare and monitor the budget for the MD office.

- Participate in and oversee projects in collaboration with other departments as directed by the MD.

Key Qualifications:

Key qualifications we are looking for:

o 4 - 7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine sectors
o Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
o Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
o Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.

🔹 People Advisor
What you’ll do:
o Support recruitment activities
o Conduct interviews, and make offers.
o Verify employee records and claims.
o Handle onboarding and new hire orientations.
o Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, performance management, engagement, and talent development programs.
o Support payroll processing
o Manage employee documentation
o Monitor compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws.
o Provide advice to managers and staff on HR policies and best practices.
o Administer employee lifecycle processes
o Support employee benefit programs and wellness initiatives.
o Maintain HR data accuracy and prepare documentation for audits.
o Contribute to HR projects that boost engagement and organizational effectiveness.
o Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.

Key qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
o Recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is preferred.
o Minimum of 4 years’ relevant HR experience.
o Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
o Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
o Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
