Project Milestone | ERHA FPSO Hose Reel Replacement Project

After 12 months of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation (EPFI) activities, LES Energy Services Limited in collaboration with Criscore Oilfield Services , has successfully completed Phase One of the ERHA FPSO Hose Reel Replacement Project.

Phase One covered the engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning of three hose reel units for Methanol, Fresh Water and Diesel services on the port side of the ERHA FPSO.

Benefit:

Beyond the successful delivery of the units, the upgraded hose reel system is designed to eliminate manual hose handling during bunkering operations through controlled hose deployment and retrieval. This enhances operational efficiency while reducing the level of manual handling required during Methanol, Fresh Water and Diesel transfer operations.

Phase Two will involve the installation and commissioning of the remaining three starboard hose reel units, completing all six units within the project scope.

The successful completion of Phase One is a reflection of months of detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation and close collaboration across the project team.

Another milestone delivered.
Another step towards completing the full project scope.

MEET MAMA THERESA

A 134-metre Multipurpose Offshore Construction Vessel with DP3 Dynamic Positioning designed to support demanding offshore construction and operations, combining substantial deck capacity, heavy-lift capability, advanced positioning systems and accommodation for up to 500 personnel.

With 1,700 m² of deck space and a 400 MT Huisman main offshore crane, the vessel is equipped to support a broad range of offshore activities, including heavy lifting, subsea construction, and major project logistics.

MAMA THERESA is more than a vessel to us.

It is an enabler, a capability and a platform for delivery.

an enabler of offshore construction, heavy-lift operations, subsea activities, hook-up and commissioning campaigns, decommissioning operations, flotel and intensive manning requirements ultimately, an enabler of our clients ambitions offshore.

Its DP3 Dynamic Positioning system, supported by redundant propulsion, power and positioning systems, is designed to provide precise station-keeping and operational reliability in challenging offshore conditions.

With accommodation comprising 500 berths, MAMA THERESA is also well suited to supporting intensive offshore manning requirements associated with hook-up, commissioning, and decommissioning campaigns.

For us at LES Energy Services, this is not just about owning an asset but building the capacity to execute, bringing together people, technology, marine assets and technical expertise to support increasingly complex requirements across Nigeria's energy sector.
