We just made delivery of our mini biomass steam boiler and a hopper for rice steaming, it being a prototype and the first model in its category, we await to see it's performance in beta testing on site.

We have our interest drawn to agro process equipment to aid boost local production providing equipment at the most affordable prices to farmers and SMEs interested in agro processing.

Paddy rice parboiling has been a tedious endeavor with many rice mills parboiling paddy in steel drums that isn't energy efficient and doesn't compare quality with steamed paddy in parboiling.

We are optimistic and glad for the progress and looking forward to delivering equipment with better standards with every delivery 🚚

We're excited about our R&D progress, where a biomass steam generator is taking center stage at the moment.

Given Nigeria and Africa's cost-sensitive market, we're focused on developing affordable solutions.

Our modular prototype has successfully passed compressed air pressurization tests up to 60psi and shown promising steam generation efficiency. Next up is pressurized steam testing.

We've identified areas for improvement, particularly with heat insulation - an insulation jacket we would be installing will help retain heat and boost efficiency.

The fully manual design makes it suitable for rural areas, and we're eager to get it operational.
