📖 BIBLE WISDOM — TODAY

⚠️ THE DANGER OF MAKING DECISIONS WITHOUT GOD

Main Scripture:
Proverbs 3:5–6 — “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

🔥 Powerful Insight

One wrong decision can change the direction of a person's life.

Sometimes, we make decisions because something looks good, sounds good, or feels right. But God's wisdom goes beyond what our eyes can see.

The Bible says in Joshua 9:14 that the Israelites examined the situation but did not seek the counsel of the Lord.

They trusted what they saw—and their decision brought consequences.

💡 THREE QUESTIONS TO ASK BEFORE MAKING A MAJOR DECISION

1. Have I prayed about it?
Don't make a decision first and ask God to bless it afterward.

2. Does it agree with God's Word?
God will never lead you into something that contradicts His Word.

3. Do I have peace and godly wisdom about it?
Don't allow pressure, fear, greed, or emotions to make your decisions for you.

⚠️ REMEMBER

An open door is not always a God-given door.

Sometimes God closes a door because He sees a danger that you cannot see.

Sometimes God makes you wait because your preparation is not yet complete.

And sometimes God says “No” because He has something better ahead.

🙏 PRAYER

Father, deliver me from decisions made through emotions, fear, pressure, and human understanding. Give me divine wisdom and discernment. Teach me to seek You before I make important decisions. Order my steps and let Your perfect will prevail in my life. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

I will not walk by human understanding alone. I receive divine wisdom. I receive divine direction. Every wrong decision assigned to destroy my future is cancelled. My steps are ordered by the Lord, and I will not miss God's purpose for my life. In Jesus'

💡 THE WISDOM

Not every closed door is an attack from the enemy.

Some doors close because God is protecting you from what you cannot see.

Sometimes we pray, “Lord, open this door!” But God sees what is behind the door, while we only see the opportunity in front of it.

A relationship may end.
A business opportunity may disappear.
A plan may fail.
Someone may reject you.
A long-awaited opportunity may pass you by.

And you may ask, “God, why?”

But later, you may discover that the door you desperately wanted was never the door God designed for you.

🔥 A closed door can be divine protection.

Paul and his companions experienced this when they tried to enter certain regions, but the Spirit prevented them. God was redirecting them toward Macedonia. (Acts 16:6–10)

🦅 REMEMBER THIS

Don't cry forever over a door God closed.

Sometimes God closes one door because He is positioning you for another.

Trust His direction even when you don't understand His decision.

🙏 PRAYER

Father, give me the wisdom to recognize Your direction. When You close a door, help me not to force it open. Give me the faith to trust that Your plans for me are better than my own plans. Lead me into the doors You have prepared for me, in Jesus' name. Amen.

WISDOM TO DISCERN WHAT GOD IS REMOVING FROM YOUR LIFE

Key Scripture:

> “Every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.”
— John 15:2

💥 THE MESSAGE

Sometimes we pray for God to give us something new, but God begins by removing something old.

Not every loss is a tragedy.
Not every closed door is a punishment.
Not every separation is an attack.

Some things must leave your life because they cannot follow you into your next season.

God may remove a relationship that is distracting you, a habit that is destroying you, an opportunity that is not His will, or even something you desperately wanted.

It may hurt—but God's pruning is not rejection; it is preparation.

🌿 Abraham had to leave his country.
🔥 Joseph had to pass through the pit and prison.
👑 David had to leave the wilderness before entering the palace.
✝️ Jesus said the branch must be pruned so it can produce more fruit.

⚔️ DON'T FIGHT EVERY SEPARATION

Sometimes you keep asking God to restore what God is trying to remove.

If God closes a door, don't spend your whole life trying to break it open.

Ask instead:

> “Lord, what are You teaching me through this?”

What God removes today may be creating room for what He wants to release tomorrow.

I will not fight God's pruning.
I will not force what God has rejected.
I will not chase what God has told me to leave.
Every wrong attachment is broken.
Every distraction is removed.
Every divine opportunity ordained for my life shall locate me.
I am entering a season of greater fruitfulness, greater wisdom, and greater impact, in Jesus' name!

Father, give me spiritual discernment to recognize what You are removing from my life. Give me the courage to let go of anything that is preventing me from fulfilling Your purpose. Not everyone who comes into your life is assigned to stay in your life.

Some people come to help you.
Some come to teach you.
Some come to test you.
And some come to distract you from God's purpose.

One of the greatest dangers in life is keeping the wrong people close while pushing the right people away.

Samson lost his strength because he trusted the wrong person.
David had Jonathan, who strengthened him when he was in difficulty.
Jesus had twelve disciples, but not everyone among them had the same heart.

🔑 5 WISDOM KEYS

1. Watch people's fruit, not just their words.
Jesus said, “By their fruits ye shall know them.” — Matthew 7:20

2. The right people will not constantly pull you away from God.
A genuine relationship should strengthen your walk with Christ.

3. Don't ignore repeated warning signs.
Wisdom is recognizing patterns before they become disasters.

4. Appreciate people who correct you in love.
Not everyone who challenges you is your enemy.

5. Pray before giving people access to your destiny.

WISDOM TO RECOGNIZE GOD’S VOICE

Scripture: “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” — John 10:27

🌿 The Wisdom

One of the greatest forms of wisdom in the Christian life is knowing how to recognize the voice of God.

God may speak through His Word, through prayer, through godly counsel, through circumstances, or through the quiet prompting of the Holy Spirit. But not every voice that speaks to us is God's voice.

The voice of God will never contradict the Word of God. When God speaks, His direction may challenge you, but it will ultimately lead you toward truth, obedience, righteousness, and His purpose.

🔥 How Do You Recognize God’s Voice?

1. Know His Word — The more you know Scripture, the easier it becomes to identify what agrees with God.

2. Spend time in prayer — Intimacy with God makes His direction clearer.

3. Learn to be still — Sometimes God speaks in the quietness of your heart.

4. Test every voice — Do not act simply because you have a strong feeling.

5. Obey what God has already revealed — Greater direction often comes after obedience to the instruction you already received.

💡 Wisdom Key

Not every open door is from God, and not every closed door is a rejection. Learn to hear His voice before you follow the opportunity.

🗣️ WISDOM TO CONTROL YOUR WORDS

💡 The Wisdom

Not everything you think must be spoken, and not everything you hear deserves a response.

A wise person understands that words can build or destroy, heal or wound, open doors or close them. Before you speak, ask yourself:

1. Is it true?
2. Is it necessary?
3. Will it bring peace or trouble?
4. Will it glorify God?
5. Will my words help or hurt someone?

Jesus taught us that what comes out of our mouth reveals what is inside our hearts (Matthew 12:34).

🔥 Wisdom for Today

Control your tongue before your tongue controls your destiny.

When you are angry, be slow to speak.
When you are provoked, choose wisdom over revenge.
When you have nothing good to say, silence can be wisdom.

🙏 Prayer

Lord Jesus, give me wisdom to control my words. Let my mouth speak life, encouragement, truth and grace. Deliver me from careless words that can destroy my relationships and destiny. Let my words glorify You and become a blessing to others. In Jesus' name, Amen.
