Class knowledge is not enough, you also need practical/site knowledge if you must get it right.

Years ago I went through these rigorous processes of learning. At a point, I was discouraged and said I wouldn't continue again - let me just go and apply for a job, get better payments and live a good life. How many years will I go through this practical knowledge and how will I even get clients that will give me job? This is one of many questions lingering in my heart.

Thanks to my mentor who said to me "Jerry, you can't go out this way, you are a shining star - I know you can do it please stay. I see you making it bigger here in the near future, just know that gold is what it is today because it passed through rough times of purification".

Then, the hope came back and the fire was ignited again and started burning for more knowledge. Today, I'm happy I listened to my mentor and will forever be grateful to him.

Today, the same knowledge I am passing to the younger one. Though the young guy didn't kit well to come into the foundation but his eagerness to learn made me allow him and gave him good precautionary measures.

If you must get it well and rightly, after 4 or 5 years in school go get the practical knowledge and good mentorships.

We thank God with you today for the gift of life and his blessings upon us and for all the seen and unseen battles He fought and defeated for us. May His name be praised forever, amen.

This man you are seeing here losing his block work was seen with unprofessional block laying and was made to bring them down immediately. He was thereafter given a little token and an opportunity to serve a mason and learn more or go home.

This is an indication that at Jeritech Building Construction LTD we have zero tolerance for bad work.

Quality over quantity.
Today, we have so many building construction teachers online teaching what are not rooted in engineering theorems and rules. It’s good to teach but teach what the profession actually teaches or have taught you.

Building construction(engineering) is not a guess work and can never be, it’s base on calculation, analytical and logical conclusions.

At Jeritech Building Construction LTD we do what the profession said it’s right not what people say it’s right. In the picture below you see us doing our concrete work manually in the absence of concrete mixer. The unavailability of the concrete mixer does not mean we can’t do it well manually. Our professional team monitors every process and make sure they are all done correctly and properly.
