Features: It comes with 3 racks
-A tray where water from fish drains on and this same tray can be use to bake pies, cakes etc
-With a cone opening at the top which allows passage of smoke why baking your fish, meats and can be closed with the cover if you want to use the oven to bake cake
-A charcoal burner with makes the usage possible with gas
-A gas burner and a gas controller to also allow usage with gas
