Reactive loads are often neglected in residential electrical installations, whereas in industrial environments, they are a critical design consideration due to their impact on system efficiency.

Inductive loads such as motors and transformers introduce reactive power into the system, leading to reduced power factor and increased apparent power demand — ultimately resulting in higher energy costs. Although power factor correction can be implemented manually, automated systems offer more precise and adaptive control.

Design of a conveyor belt Proof of concept almost done. In the quest for enhancing industrial growth and work efficiency, we have started a prototype of a smart conveyor belt system that counts items, sort according to colors and sizes and display the figures on a digital screen. While this is a proof of concept, real designs of any size will require proper site inspection , proper choices of materials, etc. we can handle designs of any size according to your specifications.
