Our team recently completed a successful shaft alignment onboard
MSC Mediterranean Shipping Co MV Sun F using the -Laser E540 Laser Alignment System. By accurately aligning the rotating equipment, we helped minimize vibration, reduce bearing and coupling wear, improve energy efficiency, and extend the service life of the machinery.

Successful completion of alignment verification and correction on the port side gearbox & generator onboard SPM NEEL vessel.
This intervention became necessary following noticeable vibration after the replacement of coupling spacers. Using the Easy-Laser XT440 precision alignment tool, our team ensured accurate measurement and correction of misalignment and soft-foot.
Upon completion of the alignment, the unit was test-run, and its performance was confirmed to be smooth and stable under operating conditions.

FIFI Pump Shaft Alignment Completion.

Successful completion of another shaft alignment job onboard a marine vessel, carried out using the Easy-Laser XT440 alignment system.

The use of the Easy-Laser XT440 made the alignment process smoother, faster, and more precise, allowing our team to achieve accurate results with minimal downtime for the client.

After completing the alignment, the unit run test was conducted, and the system ran smoothly within acceptable limits. The client expressed satisfaction with both the quality of the work and the efficiency of the process. One of the standout advantages of the Easy-Laser XT system is its ability to generate and send alignment reports directly from the alignment station to the client's email, ensuring transparency, immediate documentation, and faster project closure.
