SUCCEEDING WITHOUT DEGREE
Through this article 1000 persons shall gain financial freedom, and will create a unique identity and opportunity for themselves. Most importantly everybody can be wealthy and successful but our mentality has deprived us of our abilities. When you take time to analyses the knowledge and truth in this article, you shall for ever become a better and new person because of the new way of thinking and reasoning. Nothing change in you expect the way you think, and this also produce tremendous result, Many of us do not need to learn new skills because what we already have is enough to supply all our needs. Hencewhat had stopped many people from succeeding is not because they had no degree/certification. Surprisingly the most successful persons in the world are not those that obtained the highest university Degree.
When we talk of people of many degrees, we think of professors and lecturers in academics. Yes you are correct; they had spent many of their years and life studying in higher institution. But come to think of it, in your country, who are the richest and wealthy people? Are they professors or lecturers? Just like my answer to my country Nigeria, the richest people are not lecturers. If this is true, it then means that it is not the number of degree you acquire that makes you wealthy or financially free.
We want you to benefit from this work, therefore we want to draw your attention to just few persons and how they gain their wealth. I will not talk about Carlos slim, the richest man in the world in 2013. I will come down to my home (Nigeria); let`s talk about Aliko Dangote. Today he is the richest man in Africa continent, and was not a graduate from any university or polytechnic as at the time he made his millions. Although he later got a degree in Islamic study not to acquire wealth but the fun of it and information (essence of education). Today he had helped the government of Nigeria to absorb almost 5000 youth and graduates. He had employed people with master degrees and doctorate honors, still he (himself) was not a first degree holder. What is the secret that made him different?
Bill gate the second wealthy person in the world once quoted as “my friend passesall the exam in engineering while I failed them. My friend graduated as an engineer and he is working in Microsoft:” When you analyze that quote, you discover that the friend was very good in school work and better than bill gate but bill gate had more business sense than his friend. Today who is the boss? Is it the friend or bill gate? Off course the friend work for Bill Gate. I personally has not condem working for persons however my emphasis is on the freedom and flexibility of your income as one a business owner/partner or a worker in the vain yard.
What made these people you mentioned wealthy is not because they obtained the highest degree from any university. It is because they have business sense. The only thing that will help you live happily and wealthy irrespective of where you work or how you work is business sense.
What is business sense?
Is it a rocket science?
Is it a sense that only super human can have?
Must you be graduate to have business sense?
Must you come from a wealthy family to have it?

One day a man was born in a community they have no natural source of water. He grew up to join his father in the business of providing water for individuals in the community and get paid. Each day they walk several miles away from the community to get water with bucket. Hence they could not get more than ten bucket in a day because of the distance and tiredness. In this water business they also had a competitor who also bail water to individuals in the community for pay. This is what they have been doing for centuries.
There come a day when this young man said to himself ha! I cannot continue in this business this way. So he left the city to find a better way he could survive in the water business. He realized that he could channel the water to the community by adopting some few technology like water system. The distance and the finance to support the project becomes the challenge. YES big problem for him. He did not border to continue the business the usual way instead he sort for investors and business partners who can finance the idea. He took him time to finish the project but guess what? All these while his competitor was happy that he now have very large people he supplied to.
After the water project was completed, and sales commence; the man who was bailing water with bucket could not compete because one, with the water project, you get cleaner water, cheaper and the water will be supplied to your house. Hence the man who bails with bucket loose out while the young man who adopted the water project could make more money with stress.
This is a classical example of what we refer to as business sense. We are sure you could see the difference. It is not the money they have, it is the way they think.
Lesson learnt: you can turn what you are doing now into gold it depends on how you will see it and how you will do it tomorrow.
No reasonable man will tell you that education (going to school) is bad. In fact, for you to succeed with business sense you must be educated. Sound funny right?
The question is what is education?
Education involves all the process of learning, either consciously or unconsciously. Being educated means you have learnt irrespective of how and where you learn. Degree is a secondary thing it is just a certification by people or group of people that you have learnt hence we classified certificate as a testimonial or a signature of referee. Therefore even if you don’t have a degree, it does not mean that you are not educated but you get to proof this by your work.
Over the time we have observed that what stop people from succeeding is because they feel they are not educated since they don’t have a degree. This kind of mentality has ledmany governments of several countries into trouble because people now focus on degree instead of being productive. And here is the solution,Degree is losing its value by the day in every country especially Nigeria. We no longer want more degrees; we want educated fellows that are productive.
Therefore, the secret to your success lies on education and your business sense. Most especially business sense.
You need to be educated in what you do, and then have business sense. Going to higher institution (university, polytechnic, college of education or school technical) can assist your being educated. If you can`t afford those ones, you can search for books or trainings in the area of your interest. No matter what that area of things you want to do, there is a book that has been written on it, read it and use the knowledge.
Advise: Although before you could access this information, it means you could read and write but for the benefit of other persons, it is a good thing, no matter your decision to go to higher institution or not that you must learn how to read and write. And these you can obtain within primary to secondary school system in many Africa countries including Nigeria. Therefore, primary and secondary schooling should be compulsory for your own good.
We have delayed this until now; business sense.
What is business sense?
Business sense is your ability to convert your area of education into money. It is your business sense that determines if you will be wealthy or not. It is your ability to convert that idea, talent, skill, or gift to money. You need to be educated at something but your business sense determines if you make money from it or not.
We have worked with many trained and educated persons but not wealthy. What they lack is business sense. Surprisely, as important as this business sense; there is no university (higher institution) in Nigeria that teach this to our under-graduates. Am not surprise because nobody can give what he /she don’t have
