It took us 4 months to this beautiful in , where we had to it according to the 's requirements.

Among other tasks, the highlights of the project were:

- a of 10m2 from scratch, including and floor system;

- Milling in the underfloor;

- Changing the windows with HR++

The was successfully delivered to the nice family.

Some progress photos of the work we do

The in Rooseveltlaan in also starts to take shape from the outside. This entails both the foundations of the lengthening of the house and the extension of the shed/office space.

After finishing the work of the terrace, we placed 5 in the ground, 13m deep. Then come the foundation and the floor, on which the will sit.
Once the insulated floor is dry, we'll start building the structure, the roof and install the windows.

After finishing the work, and replacing all the and , we the throughout the entire and closed it with a first layer of , ready for the fine work that will follow.

The 2 were enlarged to fit the family's needs and will be built this week.

Preparations of the are made and will be executed soon.

Another project in has just started
~~

This time in on the Rooseveltlaan, where we are renewing this beautiful apartment by the old, under-maintained items while restoring the lovely monumental decorations.

The project entails building 2 new bigger bathrooms, placing a new kitchen, renewing the electricity and water pipes, thick of the ceilings and floors, and plastering and painting the whole place.
In addition, we'll create more space in the apartment by building a ~10m2 home extension to the backyard.

Yes, it's a real mess now, but stay tuned for the After photos :)

~ A new renovation project started in Utrecht ~

Recently, we started another project in Utrecht's business area for a client who owns 3 adjacent office buildings.
The project includes renovating all the toilet rooms, which comprise 10 floors in total while maintaining a minimum nuisance to the tenants of the buildings.

Here are photos of the top floor, which will be duplicated to the rest of the floors. Moving full speed ahead.

~Before and After~

Another beautiful project has been delivered, this time a rather small but complex renovation in Amsterdam.
The owner of the ground-floor apartment has acquired the next-door communal storage space of the building to increase her living space.
We have broken the double load-bearing walls between the units and entirely refurbished them, including well-insulating the external walls, replacing all the windows with HR++ double glass, underfloor heating, and electrical works.

The outcome looks fantastic.

As we phase into the last part of the in , we're glad to share the (non-final) outcome of the work.
The house's was upgraded thanks to the walls, , and the throughout the house.
