Nederland staat nagenoeg stil door de sneeuw, maar onze techniek bewijst zijn waarde. ❄️🚫

Terwijl transport, diensten en veel bedrijven door heel Nederland werden getroffen door het weer, bleven al onze energieopslagsystemen functioneren met 100% uptime. Zelfs tijdens de zwaarste sneeuwval behielden onze systemen een optimale interne temperatuur! ⚡

2025: Signing off on our biggest year yet! ⚡

Today marks Volstora’s final official business day of 2025. While our team will be spending next week finalizing internal projects and preparing for an even bigger 2026, we wanted to take a moment to reflect.

Last year we promised that 2025 would bring international expansion, launching new technology and fostering our partnerships. 🔋

Today, we can say: Mission accomplished! 🤩

Here’s a look at the milestones that defined our 2025:
🚀 Product Innovation: We officially introduced the SuperNexus Battery and built our first Sync & Stack systems for utility-scale partners.
🌍 International Expansion: We successfully installed our first international system, expanding our footprint from the Netherlands into Germany.
♻️ Closing the loop: We completed our cell recycling plan and processed our very first batch of recycled cells, closing the loop on our battery lifecycle.
🤝 Network Growth: We welcomed 12 new partners to the Volstora ecosystem, each bringing a portfolio of impactful projects.
🎓 Knowledge Sharing: We launched our Partner Training Programme to empower our network with the latest in storage expertise.

Looking Ahead to 2026 🚀 We aren’t slowing down. We’ve already kicked off our Q1 projects and are scaling every part of our operation to meet the demand for our smarter European energy:

Introducing Volstora's next-generation battery: SuperNexus 🔋

Designed with recycling, CO2 footprint and innovation in mind, the SuperNexus is the powerful and intelligent building block for our next-generation of megawatt systems, which are currently being deployed in major solar parks in Germany and The Netherlands. ☀️

Our experience has led to the realisation of a transportable fully-integrated energy storage system up to 4.6MWh in a single 20ft container.

The SuperNexus represents years of European engineering spent focused on safer chemistry, high cyclic performance, and integration across several engineering fields of material selection, software, reliability, serviceability, and lifetime value. 📈

For our partners, SuperNexus means grid‑scale capability, relentless innovation, cost‑efficiency, and a service model that enables third‑party maintenance. 🔧

⏩ Over the coming weeks, we’ll share deep dive insights into the SuperNexus, our design philosophy, thermal and BMS intelligence, full‑stack integration, performance and safety testing, sustainability, and early field results and how we've made all of this possible from our facility in the Netherlands.
