𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 | 𝟰 𝗺𝗺 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 – 𝟲𝟰𝟬 𝗺²

For a project in Germany, we developed the greenhouse structure and aluminium components for a 4 mm Venlo greenhouse with a total surface area of approximately 640 m².

The greenhouse is equipped with ventilation windows on one side and solar panels in the roof, combining effective climate control with the integration of solar energy.

From the greenhouse structure to the aluminium components, our focus was on developing a solution tailored to the requirements of this specific project. A great example of how greenhouse engineering and aluminium expertise come together in a practical, forward-looking design.

Project Kortenberg!

This garden centre will soon be opening a new location in Kortenberg, Belgium. A great project that we are proud to have contributed to!

The work on the Venlo greenhouses with skylights has now been completed. This structure consists of 4 bays, each 3.20 metres wide, and 3 sections of 5 metres in length, installed on a roof an impressive 8 metres high. A unique project where engineering, construction and natural light come together.

In addition, we are currently working on a wide-span greenhouse on site, with impressive dimensions: 2 spans, each 17.77 metres wide, and 5 sections of 6 metres in length. This structure will also be a great addition to the new location.

We are proud to contribute our expertise to the expansion of this garden centre and look forward to seeing the entire project completed!

📍 Project update | North Holland

We are currently in the process of delivering a new greenhouse project in North Holland.

For this project, we are delivering a 10,200 m² Venlo greenhouse, combining different roofing solutions.

🔹 Venlo roof: 4.80 m
🔹 Roof glazing: 4 mm glass
🔹 Part of the roof: sandwich panels
🔹 Bay width: 4.50 m
🔹 Column height: 8 metres
🔹 Total area: approx. 10,200 m²

By combining glass and sandwich panels within one greenhouse structure, we create a solution tailored to the specific technical and functional requirements of the project.

The work is currently well underway. 👷‍♂️

Meet Filmon 👋🏼

We’re proud to share that since September 1st, we have a new colleague on our team: Filmon Yonas!

Filmon has joined our team as a Project Engineer. With his experience as a technical designer, he brings valuable technical knowledge to the team and will be involved in the development and coordination of our projects.

Filmon has been living in the Netherlands since 2013 and previously worked as a technical designer. He now brings this experience with him into his new role.

Did you know…? Outside of work, Filmon enjoys staying active, including going to the gym and swimming. He also enjoys reading and, of course, travelling. 🌍

We’re happy to have Filmon as part of our team and look forward to a great collaboration!

At Dutch Agro Systems, the processing of high-quality aluminum profiles and materials is central to our operations. Using advanced overhead cranes, heavy bundles and long profiles are moved quickly and with utmost precision through our facility.

🇺🇸 Project in the USA | Built for challenging conditions

For this project in the USA, we produced a greenhouse of approximately 8,000 m², designed as a Venlo greenhouse with a 3.20-metre bay width.

The location presents its own challenges: high wind and snow loads require a structure that is fully adapted to the local conditions.

For this project, the following solutions were applied:
🔹 16 mm glass in the end walls
🔹 4 mm glass in the internal walls
🔹 End-wall ventilation for optimal airflow
🔹 A structure designed with the local climate conditions as a key consideration

From design to production, it all comes down to one thing: the right technical solution for every location.

A project in Germany that perfectly demonstrates where our strength lies: mastering complexity with precision.

For this project, we worked with a combination of our systems:
• Venlo 4mm & 16mm
• Venlo Sandwich
• 24mm ISOL gable
• 4mm glass gable

A mix of solutions within a single project requires not only technical expertise, but above all experience, coordination, and precise ex*****on.

In practice, this means that every component must fit together seamlessly. Both technically and structurally. This requires knowledge, insight into the overall construction, and control throughout the production process.

This project clearly demonstrates exactly that: combining different systems into one reliable whole, tailored to the requirements of the location and the client.

For us, this is not an exception. It is part of how we work.

Project Germany

In close collaboration with Saarlucon B.V. we have completed a stunning new 1,600 m² greenhouse structure in Germany.

A robust 32mm wide-span construction was chosen for this project. This specific design delivers the optimal balance between maximum light transmission, superior insulation, and exceptional structural strength.
