🚀 Dunlee featured in Radiologie Magazin!

As CT imaging continues to evolve, new technologies are opening exciting possibilities for image quality and clinical confidence.

A recent article highlights an important insight: the future of CT is not driven by detector technology alone. The entire imaging chain, including the X-ray tube, focal spot, and anti-scatter grid, plays a critical role in achieving high-performance imaging.

Key insights:

▶️ Smaller and more stable focal spots support higher spatial resolution, helping visualize subtle anatomical details.
▶️ Photon-Counting CT is advancing imaging capabilities across areas such as cardiology, pulmonology, oncology, and neuroradiology.
▶️ Achieving high-resolution imaging requires more than detector innovation. Tube power, cooling technologies, and mechanical stability are essential factors.
▶️Anti-scatter grids continue to support image quality by improving contrast and maximizing the benefits of next-generation CT technologies.

At Dunlee, we are committed to advancing X-ray tube and anti-scatter grid technologies to help enable the next generation of medical imaging.

A big thank you to Radiologie Magazin for highlighting the innovations shaping the future of CT imaging.

A 1.5T MRI magnet does not simply travel from one location to another 📦

Moving an advanced imaging system from the United States to Ghana requires careful planning, technical expertise, and teamwork across many stages of the journey.

From the factory to the final installation, every detail matters. Maintaining the right conditions during transport helps ensure that the system arrives ready to support reliable imaging performance for healthcare providers and patients.

Behind every successful delivery are the people who make it possible. At Dunlee, our engineering, manufacturing, service, and logistics teams work closely with partners around the world to support every step of the process. Their expertise and collaboration help bring advanced imaging capabilities to new regions.

But this journey is about more than technology and transportation. It is about helping expand access to diagnostic imaging and supporting healthcare professionals in providing better care for more communities.

This is Dunlee’s commitment in action: combining innovation, expertise, and global collaboration to help enable reliable medical imaging where it is needed most 💙

🚀 Different perspectives lead to better conversations. And better conversations lead to better solutions.

Last month, colleagues from across DUNLEE came together for our Commercial Workshop, bringing together teams from Asia, Europe, and North America.

The workshop was a great opportunity to connect in person, exchange experiences, and take a step back from our daily routines to discuss the challenges and opportunities ahead.

One thing that stood out was the value of bringing together people from different areas of the business. From engineering and commercial teams to market experts, every conversation added a new perspective and helped strengthen our understanding of the needs of our OEM partners and the medical imaging industry.

Beyond the discussions, it was also a great opportunity to strengthen relationships, share ideas, and learn from colleagues across our global team.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed their knowledge, energy, and perspectives throughout the workshop. 💙

We look forward to building on these conversations and continuing to work together to support innovation in medical imaging. 🤝

Back from ISMRM 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa, our colleague Jeanette Ciesla followed discussions across sessions and the exhibition floor, where a clear theme emerged 👇

Imaging performance is increasingly being discussed in direct connection with how systems behave in real clinical workflows.

Many presentations continued pushing MR capability forward. At the same time, there was noticeable attention on how reliably these developments translate into consistent and reproducible clinical performance in everyday use.

This naturally puts more focus on the imaging chain as a whole and how all elements contribute to stable system behavior once deployed in practice.

▶️ Overall, innovation is increasingly being discussed together with questions of real-world usability rather than in isolation.

Did you attend ISMRM as well and leave with the same impression, or did you see different priorities emerging?

We’re currently on site in Best for a photoshoot of our fiber-interspaced and 3D-printed grids and giving you a small behind-the-scenes glimpse.

With colleagues from Best and Hamburg working side by side, and together with Raoul Hollants behind the camera, it’s all about capturing the details that make our components what they are.

The final images are coming soon; but for now, here’s a look at the teamwork and atmosphere behind them. 👀

Anti-scatter grids play an important role in imaging systems.
While traditional 1D grids block scatter in one direction, newer 2D designs consider scatter in two directions, expanding how grids can be developed and applied.

Thanks to additive manufacturing, these grids can now be produced as precise 3D structures with thinner walls and refined geometries. This allows us to better study how different designs influence image behavior and what that means for clinical practice.

In the quote below, our colleague Fabiola Füzy explains why understanding these design differences matters when working toward more reliable scans. 🔍

Behind the scenes at Asklepios Klinik Nord – Heidberg 👀

Last week, some of our colleagues from Marketing, Order Desk, and other teams got the chance to see CT scans in action at the hospital in Hamburg.

It was amazing to see firsthand how the components we work on every day actually shape the images clinicians rely on. Even the smallest details can make a real difference while helping radiology teams work faster and more confidently, and ultimately supporting better care for patients.

A big thank you to Marie Groß, our application specialist, for guiding us through the workflows and making this visit possible.

Experiences like this remind us why our work matters. Every component we develop plays a part in capturing the details that really count for the people operating the machines and for the patients they care for.

A proud moment for our teams 🌟

We’re excited to share that the first units of our new 1.5𝐓 16-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐥 have now shipped from our Pune site.

This milestone represents years of dedication, problem-solving, and teamwork all focused on one thing: moving MR breast imaging forward.

From building on the Sentinelle legacy to creating a platform designed for long-term scalability and resilience, this step marks the beginning of the next chapter.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this happen. We’re proud of what’s been achieved — and excited about what’s next. 👏

A great session, strong interest, and a full audience at TCT Japan 👏

Our talk “𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧: 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲” sparked engaging discussions around one key question: how to reliably scale pure tungsten additive manufacturing without compromising material performance or density.

A big thank you to Dr. Naveed Ur Rahman for representing Dunlee on stage and sharing his expertise and experience. It was great to see both familiar faces and new ones joining the conversation and continuing the exchange afterward.

If you’re attending TCT Japan, feel free to stop by our booth in South Hall 3 to continue the conversation and learn more about advanced tungsten manufacturing.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make this session a success 🤝
