We’re currently on site in Best for a photoshoot of our fiber-interspaced and 3D-printed grids and giving you a small behind-the-scenes glimpse.

With colleagues from Best and Hamburg working side by side, and together with Raoul Hollants behind the camera, it’s all about capturing the details that make our components what they are.

The final images are coming soon; but for now, here’s a look at the teamwork and atmosphere behind them. 👀

Anti-scatter grids play an important role in imaging systems.
While traditional 1D grids block scatter in one direction, newer 2D designs consider scatter in two directions, expanding how grids can be developed and applied.

Thanks to additive manufacturing, these grids can now be produced as precise 3D structures with thinner walls and refined geometries. This allows us to better study how different designs influence image behavior and what that means for clinical practice.

In the quote below, our colleague Fabiola Füzy explains why understanding these design differences matters when working toward more reliable scans. 🔍

Behind the scenes at Asklepios Klinik Nord – Heidberg 👀

Last week, some of our colleagues from Marketing, Order Desk, and other teams got the chance to see CT scans in action at the hospital in Hamburg.

It was amazing to see firsthand how the components we work on every day actually shape the images clinicians rely on. Even the smallest details can make a real difference while helping radiology teams work faster and more confidently, and ultimately supporting better care for patients.

A big thank you to Marie Groß, our application specialist, for guiding us through the workflows and making this visit possible.

Experiences like this remind us why our work matters. Every component we develop plays a part in capturing the details that really count for the people operating the machines and for the patients they care for.

A proud moment for our teams 🌟

We’re excited to share that the first units of our new 1.5𝐓 16-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐥 have now shipped from our Pune site.

This milestone represents years of dedication, problem-solving, and teamwork all focused on one thing: moving MR breast imaging forward.

From building on the Sentinelle legacy to creating a platform designed for long-term scalability and resilience, this step marks the beginning of the next chapter.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this happen. We’re proud of what’s been achieved — and excited about what’s next. 👏

A great session, strong interest, and a full audience at TCT Japan 👏

Our talk “𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧: 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲” sparked engaging discussions around one key question: how to reliably scale pure tungsten additive manufacturing without compromising material performance or density.

A big thank you to Dr. Naveed Ur Rahman for representing Dunlee on stage and sharing his expertise and experience. It was great to see both familiar faces and new ones joining the conversation and continuing the exchange afterward.

If you’re attending TCT Japan, feel free to stop by our booth in South Hall 3 to continue the conversation and learn more about advanced tungsten manufacturing.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make this session a success 🤝

True image quality depends on both precision and comfort. 💗

Just as our Anti-Scatter Grids improve X-ray imaging, Dunlee’s Sentinelle Coils enhance MRI performance while delivering clearer breast MRI images while helping patients feel more at ease.

By combining comfort and clarity, Sentinelle Coils support radiologists in detecting breast cancer with confidence and consistency.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we celebrate how innovation across imaging technologies, from X-ray to MRI, helps enable earlier and more reliable diagnosis.

Precision reveals what matters. 💗

In breast MRI, image quality depends on how effectively signals are captured, and that’s where the MRI coil makes all the difference.

Each coil element receives signals from a specific region of the body. With patented variable coil geometry, Dunlee coils can adapt to each patient’s anatomy, helping to improve signal quality and reduce motion artifacts.

The result: sharper, more reliable images that help radiologists detect even the smallest lesions early all while supporting confident diagnosis and better patient outcomes.

We’re proud to play a part in advancing breast imaging technology for earlier detection and improved care.

Clarity saves lives. 💕

Mammograms can detect breast cancer early, when treatment is most effective. The WHO recommends women aged 40 and above get a mammogram at least every two years.

X-ray images contain 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, which provides the diagnostic information, and 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, which can blur details. Anti-scatter grids reduce this scatter, creating clearer images while also lowering radiation exposure compared to traditional grids.

Clearer images help radiologists spot even the smallest changes, improving diagnostic accuracy and supporting better outcomes for patients. We are proud that Dunlee’s fiber-interspaced grid technology contributes to safer and more accurate mammography.
