Their training includes:

• VCA Health & Safety and VCA-VOL certifications
• HDD guidance, steering and drill-path planning
• Gyroscopic steering and magnetic interference management
• Intersect Drilling Training
• RMRS ranging, survey planning and equipment calibration
• Survey data collection, processing and quality control
• As-built surveys, alignment and profile reporting
• QGIS and geospatial data management
• Approximately six months of supervised, on-the-job field training

This foundation of formal training, practical experience and ongoing development means our engineers can adapt when ground conditions differ from the geological model, interpret changing data and make informed decisions in real time.

Proud to have the incredible Warta River DN500 gas pipeline crossing featured in World Pipelines.

This project called for precision guidance under demanding subsurface conditions, delivered using our AC Beacon technology and Intersect Method to maintain accuracy across the full crossing length.

Prime Horizontal recently completed the supply of one of the largest HDD tooling packages we've delivered in Australia, demonstrating our ability to coordinate complex, engineered tooling solutions for major HDD projects.

Working closely with our trusted UK manufacturing partner, Prime Horizontal coordinated the engineering, manufacture and delivery of 45 bespoke HDD reamers, including Hybrid Reamers, Rock Reamers and Fly Cutters. The package also included 15 premium 12¼" Tricone Bits, lifting bails, crossover subs, ring gauges, replaceable picks, nozzles and a comprehensive range of reamer consumables.

Every reamer was engineered to suit the customer's specific drilling requirements, reinforcing Prime Horizontal's ability to provide tailored HDD tooling solutions rather than simply supplying standard catalogue products.
