𝐀 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐠𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲

In an inspiring collaboration with UNHCR ACNUR, our plant in Mexico is playing a vital role in offering refugees a chance to rebuild their lives. Many of these individuals have fled their homes seeking safety and a better future.

Understanding the challenges they face, we're not just providing job opportunities; we're also covering their first month's rent, ensuring every individual has a place to call home. Adhering to the program's guidelines, we proudly host up to 10% of our total workforce as refugees. Currently, we have 9 courageous individuals from Honduras, Cuba, and El Salvador working with us. Their resilience and determination are an inspiration, and we're honored to support them on their journey to a new life.

At Rompa, we understand the importance of happiness, especially in the workplace. After all, we spend a significant chunk of our lives at work, so why not make it a joyful experience?

Yesterday, we participated in a Happy Moment activity, followed by a shared lunch, and we wrapped it up by taking Smiley Frame photos.

Why is this week so important to us? Because we believe that everyone deserves happiness at work, no matter where they are in the world or what they do.

Join us in celebrating the International Week of Happiness at Work and make happiness a top priority in your workplace too!
