📢 GreenChem is now part of AGF Nitrogen

As of 1 July 2026, GreenChem has become part of AGF Nitrogen, the newly established sub-holding that brings together the pan-European chemical division companies of the AGROFERT, a.s. Group.

This new structure strengthens collaboration across the group, creating more synergies through economies of scale, increase efficiency and reduce operating costs while continue delivering the high level of service our customers expect.
For our customers, partners, and employees, it's business as usual. The teams, the products, and our commitments as one of Europe’s leading producers and distributors of AdBlue® and other emissions-reduction solutions remain unchanged.

GreenChem Expands Presence Across the Nordics Through Acquisition of Arom-dekor Kemi from Vilokan Group

As one of Europe’s leading producers and distributors of AdBlue®, AUS40, and sustainable emissions-reduction solutions, GreenChem announced today the acquisition of -dekor Kemi, a well-established market leader in AdBlue® and other automotive chemicals operating across Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

The acquisition marks an important milestone in GreenChem’s long-term growth strategy and significantly strengthens the company’s presence in the Nordic region. Following the transaction, GreenChem will operate through dedicated subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, reflecting the company’s successful operating model already established in multiple European markets.

The integration of Arom-dekor Kemi into GreenChem’s European network will improve supply security, enhance local customer support and create new opportunities for sustainable growth across the Nordic transport, industrial, and maritime sectors.

“This acquisition represents a significant step in GreenChem’s continued European expansion,” said Guy Flochlay, Managing Director at GreenChem Group.

Through this acquisition, GreenChem strengthens its ability to support customers in achieving environmental compliance and operational efficiency while contributing to broader sustainability objectives across the Nordic region.
