This video shows the easy application of the Intra Expanding Seal and all the advantages this hydrophilic swelling sealant has to offer. The Expanding Seal expands up to 350% of its original volume within 24 hours when it comes into contact with moisture.

It is in fact easy to use with a standard caulking gun, and it has many advantages;
✅ it is applicable in moist conditions,
✅ it adapts to irregular surfaces and gets pushed in the free interlock space,
✅ it adheres to steel, concrete, PVC, HDPE, Fibreglass etc.

| Bracing solution with B400 profiles and struts in Berlin

For the construction of a private residence in the heart of Berlin, Intra BV delivered a complete bracing solution for an excavation pit where a basement is realized.

To stabilize the site, we applied the Intra Bracing System, equipped with B400 Braces. In addition, the system was reinforced with S2000 and S1000 Struts, providing the necessary strength and flexibility to safely secure the deep excavation.

A reliable solution for complex excavation works, built on strength, precision and flexibility.

| A unique and innovative project with our made to measure IBO® profiles

For this project in Haaltert, Belgium, we have created a one-of-a-kind IBO® profile to match the exact wishes and requirements of the project. The loosely slid tripled IBO® 990-8 sheet piles were installed vibration-free with a triple-press ABI. ⚙️

These profiles were chosen because our IBO® sheet piles have purely straight locks, making lock friction extremely low. Very fast processing has now been proven possible with a high-quality result. ✨

| 430 tons of steel materials and 3.200 m² of rental road plates for supporting works in Konin, Poland

We supplied VL604 sheet piles and HEB300 beams for the construction of the drilling and receiving chamber, with a total material weight of approximately 430 tons. Because the foundation pit remained in use for around nine months, a steel beam bracing system was chosen, offering strength and reliability for the entire construction period.

By offering both rental and delivery of the required materials, Intra BV provided the contractor with a practical and cost-effective solution, fully tailored to the specific needs of the project.
