Porsche 991 Turbo S engine-out Service & big maintenance done ✅

- Removed the complete engine & gearbox assymbly from the car
- Got injectors tested & cleaned
- Replaced serveral oil & water feed lines for the turbo’s to prevent leakages in the future
- welded a little crack in the cast aluminium intake manifold
- cleaned the intake ports
- changed the sparkplugs
- Put the engine back in & replaced all the fluids
- Bleed the PDCC system & dialed everything in with use of OEM Porsche Diagnostics tool
- Installed fresh Micheling tyres

All back together ready to put down an impressive 900whp. Will definetly see some good 1/4 mile times in the near future 😎

Little recap.
This past winter, we took on one of our biggest challenges yet — we bought an R35 GT-R with a blown engine. What followed was a full ground-up restoration where no bolt was left untouched.

We completely rebuilt the engine, overhauled the turbos, and took care of all major maintenance. The starter and alternator were replaced, engine plates repainted, and countless small components were blasted and powder coated.

We fitted 3.5” open downpipes, custom-made titanium intakes, upgraded fuel pumps, and 1050cc injectors to feed the beast. It now breathes through an Akrapovič exhaust system and stays cool with a GReddy intercooler.

Headlights were polished, several body panels resprayed, heat shields ceramic coated — and inside and out, the car was fully detailed. The wheels got a fresh coat, new tires were mounted, and the finishing touches brought it all together.

We’ve done so much, it’s hard to list it all — but one thing’s for sure: this GT-R is now exactly how we envisioned it. Built with passion, precision, and purpose.

MK1 Audi R8 V10 – Engine Overhaul & Performance Upgrades Completed

Just wrapped up a full mechanical refresh and performance upgrade on this MK1 Audi R8 5.2 FSI V10

The scope of the work included:
• Engine removal and full reinstallation
• Cylinder heads rebuilt and ported to facelift intake specs
• Timing chain service (chains, guides, tensioners replaced)
• Upgraded exhaust manifolds
• Custom valved exhaust system built in-house, controlled via Capristo remote

All work carried out with a focus on long-term reliability and performance. The result is a sharper, more responsive V10 that now delivers a truly aggressive and exotic exhaust note, reminiscent of F1-era naturally aspirated engines.

This R8 is now fully road-ready and mechanically stronger than ever.

Big progress on the R33 GT-R UK spec! 💪🏼
We removed the old HKS clutch and upgraded to a Nismo Copper Mix twin plate — a part and I picked up ourselves at during our trip to Japan. 🇯🇵
Also installed a Mines downpipe and a Nismo short shifter to take the driving feel to the next level.
Every piece we add makes this build more personal — built with passion, not just parts.

Mugen Exhaust repair for this Supercharged Honda S2000 after a small accident.

This exhaust was heavily bend and got a few cm shorter on the right side after hitting the guardrail making it hit rear subframe and the tip sticking out crooked.

After a little bit of cutting, welding, bending its all tension free back in place, allowing the owner to enjoy this discountinued masterpiece again.
