Een frisse uitstraling, helemaal in Huisman-stijl! 💙

Na de verbouwing binnen was nu ook de buitenkant van ons pand aan de beurt 💪 We hebben het gebouw volledig laten schilderen, er zijn nieuwe borden met ons logo geplaatst en onze slogan 𝑺𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕! heeft een mooie plek gekregen op de gevels.

Zo sluit onze werkplek van binnen én buiten weer helemaal aan bij wie we zijn. En daar zijn we trots op! 🤩

A fresh new look, in true Huisman style! 💙

After renovating the inside, it was time to give the outside of our building a makeover too! 💪 The entire building has been repainted, new signs featuring our logo have been installed, and our slogan 𝑺𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕! now has a prominent place on the facades.

Our workplace now reflects who we are, both inside and out. And we’re proud of the result! 🤩

Bestaande installaties, weer helemaal up-to-date! 🤩

Bij Plantenkwekerij Gitzels B.V. in Wervershoof zijn we volop bezig met de renovatie van verschillende scherminstallaties 🙌

Het energie- en lichtreductiedoek wordt vervangen, de trek-duwinstallaties worden gecontroleerd en waar nodig geüpdatet. De installaties met trekdraden worden zelfs volledig vernieuwd ⚙

Voor een kweker van hoogwaardig uitgangsmateriaal zijn betrouwbare installaties, een optimaal teeltklimaat en goede lichtafscherming onmisbaar. Met deze renovatie zorgen we ervoor dat alles weer klaar is voor de toekomst! 🌱

Bringing existing installations fully up to date! 🤩

At Plantenkwekerij Gitzels in Wervershoof, we are currently hard at work renovating several screen systems 🙌

The energy-saving and light-reduction screens are being replaced, while the push-pull drive systems are being inspected and updated where necessary. The systems that rely on pull-cables are being completely renewed ⚙

For a grower of high-quality starting material, reliable equipment, an optimal cultivation climate, and effective light screening are indispensable. With this renovation, we are ensuring that everything is ready for the future! 🌱

2.200 insectengaascassettes, op het juiste moment gemonteerd voor een schone start! 🚀

Bij is de nieuwe kas van 5 hectare inmiddels in gebruik genomen. Na de montage van de energieschermen en verduisteringsschermen was het tijd voor de afsluitende stap: het insectengaas! 🤩

In totaal monteerden wij hier 2.200 insectengaascassettes rondom de luchtramen. Om de kwaliteit en werking van het gaas zo goed mogelijk te waarborgen, stelden we de montage bewust uit tot vlák voordat de planten de kas in gingen. Dankzij onze gaasshuttles, waarmee we het insectengaas van buitenaf monteren, konden we het gaas zo laat mogelijk aanbrengen 🙌

Zo is de familie Van Wijk met een schone kas én schoon insectengaas aan de nieuwe teelt begonnen, en krijgen de lisianthussen de ruimte om ongestoord te groeien 🌱 Een mooi project waarin een goede voorbereiding, slimme techniek en een zorgvuldige uitvoering samenkomen, daar zijn we trots op! 💙

2,200 insect netting cassettes, installed at the right moment for a clean start! 🚀

At Chrywijk, the new 5-hectare greenhouse has now been put into operation. After the installation of the energy screens and blackout screens, it was time for the final step: the insect netting! 🤩

In total, we installed 2,200 insect netting cassettes around the ventilation windows. To ensure the quality and performance of the netting as best as possible, we deliberately delayed the installation until just before the plants entered the greenhouse. Thanks to our netting shuttles, which allow us to install the insect netting from the outside, we were able to apply the netting as late as possible 🙌

As a result, the Van Wijk family started the new crop with a clean greenhouse and clean insect netting, giving the lisianthuses the space to grow undisturbed 🌱 A fine project where good preparation, smart technology, and careful ex*****on come together, we are proud of it! 💙

We zijn weer terug bij Rijk Zwaan! 🙌

Na de renovatie van het insectengaas op locatie Focus I was het dit jaar tijd om ook Focus II aan te pakken 💪 Ook hier hebben we het bestaande insectengaas volledig vervangen voor nieuw gaas, inclusief een nieuwe kap rondom het luchtraam. Op de foto's is het verschil mooi zichtbaar, je ziet direct resultaat! 🤩

Zo is er weer een locatie klaar voor jarenlang betrouwbare insectenwering 🌱

We’re back at Rijk Zwaan! 🙌

After renovating the insect netting at the Focus I site, it was time to tackle Focus II this year 💪 Here, too, we completely replaced the existing insect netting with new mesh, including a new cover around the vent opening. The difference is clearly visible in the photos, you can see the results right away! 🤩

This ensures another site is ready for years of reliable insect protection 🌱

In Finland zijn de winters een stuk strenger, goede isolatie in de kas is dan ook onmisbaar! 🔥

Bij komkommerteler Siggpac renoveerden we daarom de bestaande scherminstallaties én optimaliseerden we de indeling van de schermafdelingen 🙌 Op 12,5 hectare kas wordt hier dagelijks zo’n 300.000 komkommers (!) geproduceerd. Door de nieuwe indeling kan de temperatuur in de kas beter worden gestuurd. Het Luxous 1147 H2No FR-scherm van Svensson zorgt voor de nodige isolatie, omdat het overdag gesloten kan blijven zonder het licht voor de komkommerteelt te beperken ☀

Tot slot kregen ook de rolgevels kregen een upgrade met nieuwe buismotoren en nieuw doek 🤩 Een mooie technische uitdaging, met een resultaat waar onze specialisten met recht trots op zijn. Klaar voor de Finse winter én de overheerlijke komkommers! 🥒

In Finland, winters are considerably harsher, making good insulation in the greenhouse essential! 🔥

For cucumber grower SIGGPAC, we renovated the existing screen installations and optimized the layout of the screen compartments 🙌 On 12.5 hectares of greenhouse, around 300,000 cucumbers (!) are produced every day. The new layout allows for better temperature control throughout the greenhouse. The Luxous 1147 H2No FR screen by Svensson provides the necessary insulation, as it can remain closed during the day without limiting the light available to the cucumber crop ☀

The roller facades also received an upgrade with new tube motors and new screen fabric 🤩 A great technical challenge, with a result our specialists can rightly be proud of. Ready for the Finnish winter and plenty of delicious cucumbers! 🥒

Daar is 'ie dan: de nieuwbouw van VDL-BRASIL staat! 💥🙌

Na maanden van bouwen, monteren en hard werken is de 5 hectare grote nieuwbouwkas in De Lier zo goed als klaar. De eerste chrysanten staan inmiddels in de kas en daarmee komt het eindresultaat pas écht tot leven! 🤩

Voor dit fantastische project realiseerden wij de aanleg van energieschermen, verduisteringsinstallaties, tussengevels én insectengaascassettes. En zo staat er nu een indrukwekkende, high-end kas waarin techniek en teelt nauw op elkaar zijn afgestemd en werkelijk aan alles is gedacht 🌱

Vandaag monteren we de laatste meters insectengaas, dus daarna kan de teelt hier écht volop van start 💪 VDL-BRASIL, bedankt voor het vertrouwen en heel veel succes op deze prachtige nieuwe locatie! 💙

After months of construction, installation and hard work, the 5-hectare greenhouse in De Lier is almost complete. The first chrysanthemums are already growing inside, and that really brings the final result to life! 🤩

For this fantastic project, we installed energy screens, blackout systems, partition walls and insect netting cassettes. The result is an impressive, high-end greenhouse where technology and cultivation are closely aligned, with every detail carefully considered 🌱

Today, we are installing the final metres of insect netting, after which cultivation can really get into full swing 💪 VDL-BRASIL, thank you for your trust and we wish you every success at this beautiful new location! 💙

GP Powerplants groeit door, in het Westland! 🚀

Na de succesvolle vestigingen in Gameren en Oosterhout heeft nu ook een locatie in De Lier in gebruik genomen 💪 Wij mochten hier het bestaande schermsysteem volledig renoveren én twee extra scherminstallaties realiseren. Ook zijn de luchtramen voorzien van insectengaas, waardoor de kas voldoet aan de eisen van een moderne, duurzame teeltomgeving 🌱

Een mooie technische upgrade waarmee de kas klaar is voor zijn volgende hoofdstuk! 🤩

GP Powerplants continues to expand, in Westland! 🚀

Following successful locations in Gameren and Oosterhout, GP PowerPlants has now also opened a site in De Lier 💪 We had the opportunity to completely renovate the existing screen system here and install two additional screen systems. The ventilation windows have also been fitted with insect netting, ensuring the greenhouse meets the requirements of a modern, sustainable cultivation environment 🌱

A great technical upgrade that makes the greenhouse fully ready for its next chapter! 🤩

Voor , een gespecialiseerde producent van jonge planten, mochten wij insectengaascassettes om het luchtraam leveren en monteren 🙌

Het project is eind mei besteld en speciaal ingevlogen, zodat we het nog vóór eind juli konden monteren. Dankzij een grote mate van flexibiliteit, optimale communicatie van beide kanten en snelle montage met onze gaasshuttles is het project uiteindelijk zelfs twee weken eerder afgerond dan gepland 💪

Dit project sluit daarmee perfect aan op de missie van Schneider Youngplants: "Met een breed assortiment uit één bron en topkwaliteit als uitgangspunt, verrassen wij onze klanten aangenaam bij elke levering" 🌱

For Schneider Youngplants, a specialized producer of young plants, we had the pleasure of supplying and installing insect netting cassettes around the ventilation window 🙌

The project was ordered at the end of May and flown in specifically so that we could install it before the end of July. Thanks to a high degree of flexibility, optimal communication from both sides, and rapid installation using our netting shuttles, the project was ultimately completed two weeks earlier than planned 💪

This project thus aligns perfectly with Schneider Youngplants' mission: "With a wide range from a single source and top quality as our starting point, we pleasantly surprise our customers with every delivery." 🌱
