Exciting week in the Netherlands! Our 5-day study tour for the The World Bank’s East Asia and Pacific Region Transport and Urban teams is in full swing! 🚲🌏

From cycling tours and river cruises in Rotterdam to exploring urban development innovations in Delft, our participants are gaining firsthand insights into how cities can prioritize people over cars. Highlights include connecting with the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management in The Hague, presenting at TU Delft, and learning about climate-resilient urban mobility at Hofplein, Rotterdam (BAM Nederland).

The rest of this week, we’ll be taking the group to Utrecht and Amsterdam. Stay tuned for a full recap of this eventful Study Tour in the upcoming weeks.
