Thanks to everyone for joining Makerlunch #4!

This week we got an introduction to the new photo studio of the applied labs. Probably you have seen it in the hall of our faculty the past weeks and it is finally finished! The photo studio includes everything you must have to make the perfect photo of your prototypes and products. You only have to bring your own camera.

If you are curious, get the key at Service Desk and start making pictures!

Thanks to everyone for joining MakerLunch #2 !

This week we talked about less techy-stuff and more about academic life in general. We also talked a little bit about how our families might have influenced our interest in technology and shared some anectodes with eachother about the struggle of older generations with technology.

Thanks to everyone joining the beta edition of the MakerLunch today!

Special thanks to Sander van den Berg for presenting his work on soft-robotic 🐟 and the electromechanical challenges he is trying to work through at the moment. Everyone who joined knows now a bit more about fishtail dynamics, underwater microphones, the difference between aerial and underwater communication technologies, and how to analyse the movements of a fish!

Hope to see you all next week!
