In 2022 zijn we gestart met de realisatie van het nieuwe paardencomplex van Utopia Equestrian Estate. Samen met Beukenbouw hebben we, grotendeels in eigen beheer, de volledige ruwbouw uitgewerkt, vanaf de eerste schets tot en met de uitvoering. In 2023 werd eerst de opslagloods gebouwd, zodat materialen veilig en droog konden worden opgeslagen tijdens de verdere bouw.
Na afronding van de ruwbouw is het hoofdgebouw gerealiseerd. Het complex heeft een unieke en hoogwaardige afwerking: betonwanden met rots-structuur, beplating die perfect aansluit op de kleur van het Utopia-logo, en een terras in dezelfde stijl, wat zorgt voor een harmonieus geheel. De ruime overstekken geven het gebouw een moderne en karakteristieke uitstraling.
Het paardencomplex is rijk uitgerust en bestaat onder andere uit:
- 62 stallen en 3 groepsstallen
- Meer dan 40 stalramen
- Professionele wasplaatsen
- Hoogwaardige draai- en schuifdeuren
- Vier stap- en longeercirkels
Daarnaast beschikt Utopia over een merrie- en opfokstal, een horse gym en een royale binnenrijhal van 35 x 60 meter, welke volledig kan worden overzien vanuit de kantine met zijn mooie ronde hoek. Op het terrein zijn tevens meerdere comfortabele appartementen gerealiseerd.
Het buitenterrein is ruim opgezet, voorzien van prachtige beplanting en een grote wadi voor regenwateropvang, waardoor het terrein duurzaam en toekomstbestendig is ingericht.

In 2022, we began the development of the new equestrian complex for Utopia Equestrian Estate. Together with Beukenbouw, we worked out the entire structural phase — primarily in-house — from the first sketch through to ex*****on. In 2023, the storage facility was constructed first, allowing materials to be stored safely and dry during the remainder of the building process.
After completing the structural phase, the main building was realized. The complex features a unique and high-quality finish: concrete walls with a rock texture, cladding that aligns perfectly with the color of the Utopia logo, and a terrace in the same style, creating a harmonious appearance. The generous roof overhangs give the building a modern and distinctive look.
The equestrian complex is fully equipped and includes, among other things:
- 62 stalls and 3 group stables
- More than 40 stable windows
- Professional wash areas
- High-quality hinged and sliding doors
- Four walker and lunging circles
Utopia also features a broodmare and young stock barn, a horse gym, and a spacious indoor arena measuring 35 x 60 meters, which can be fully overseen from the canteen with its elegant rounded corner. Additionally, several comfortable apartments have been built on-site.
The outdoor area is generously laid out, with beautiful landscaping and a large wadi for rainwater collection, ensuring a sustainable and future-proof environment.
