They are not manufactured by Liebherr itself but are designed to do the exact same job. The major advantage of aftermarket is that they are often considerably more affordable than OEM parts, without compromising on quality.

Buying a used part may feel like a gamble, but with us, it’s not.

When machines arrive at our facility, we inspect them thoroughly. If a machine is selected for dismantling, our workshop specialists get to work on it. All parts we pull from the machine are cleaned, checked for quality and tested. Only the best parts are selected to be sold.

These parts are then numbered and photographed for the webshop, so you as a customer know exactly what you are buying.

A small bag of rubber rings, that’s all it is. Still, the seal kit is a very important part of a Liebherr machine.

The seals are fitted in every cylinder and make sure the hydraulic pressure stays at the correct level. Without proper sealing, the cylinder loses force, the machine responds slowly, and the hydraulic oil gradually leaks out.

Hydraulic oil generally lasts for 6,000 operating hours, but this can vary greatly depending on the machine and how it is used.

That’s why it’s smarter to assess the oil based on measurement:
- Take a sample of the oil
- Have it analyzed for iron content and viscosity
- Only replace it if the results indicate it’s necessary

Iron particles indicate internal wear, and decreasing viscosity means a loss of lubricating performance. By working this way, you only change the oil when it’s truly needed.
