Tech United Eindhoven is the robotics team of Eindhoven University of Technology. The soccer robots are the reigning world champions.

With the soccer robots and service-robot AMIGO, we compete in annual RoboCup tournaments all over the world.

On June 13th, we will be present again at the TU/e discovery day! 🤖

Come and visit us in the Atlas building on the university campus to see how our robots work and even play against the robots by trying to stop a ball as a keeper. We hope to see you there!💫

Today, Tech United member Ruben Beumer was a guest on to talk about robots in sports.

Today we have several students visiting the lab to try and stop penalty’s taken by our football playing robots.
This is part of the , the biggest student korfball tournament in the world.

Two weeks ago we were present at the KIVI congres (), hosted at the Eindhoven University. During this day full of technology, we were happy participate and share our knowledge!🤖

Two Tech United members, Kayden and Cezar, joined HACK2026 in Zurich, a 48-hour robotics hackathon hosted by the ETH Robotics Club.

Together with their team (Team Theta), they worked on cutting-edge robotics challenges and presented their solution to a panel of experts.

Robot dog + football = thesis defended ⚽🤖

Huge congrats to Wiktor Bocian for defending his master’s thesis!

He trained a quadruped robot to dribble a ball using reinforcement learning + imitation learning — running on the Unitree Go2 platform.

Safe to say… our robots are getting better at football every year 😄

At TechUnited, it’s not all robot football and service robots. 🤖

We also have a student working on building Disney’s Star Wars BDX Droid!

So far they have achieved their first walking steps with a Reinforcement Learning policy trained in NVIDIA’s IsaacLab
