๐๐บ๐ธ ๐จ๐ฆ Cherry grading is expanding in North America! Riveridge Produce and Gibson Farms are each installing an Elifab cherry grading line powered by Ellips True-AI. ๐
Both companies, based in Sparta, Michigan and Newcastle, Ontario, are leading apple growers now growing cherries in regions not traditionally known for the crop, to serve fresh-market demand across the Midwest and East Coast.
๐And during the winter, the new lines will repack cherries imported from Chile, giving both operations a nearly year-round cherry program.
