The training is a one day face to face course for up to 6 participants either at a public or private location. At the course, participants will be asked to undergo a number of personal and team exercises to build their understanding of what the suborbital space environment entails and how their personal mission can be achieved. Participants will learn what the various flight phases are and their a

ssociated physical and psychological challenges, along with finding solutions to them. After the course, participants will be asked to practice until their space flight, training their mind using Brainwave Entrainment (BWE) technology. The techniques and the positive effects of the Brain Wave Entrainment program can be re-activated during space flight to give astronauts calm focus during their entire flight, enabling them to have a peak experience and accomplish their personal missions.

Looks simple.

Until you try to stay perfectly in sync.

Timing. Coordination. Focus.

No breaks in rhythm. No room for distraction.

This is what astronaut training is really about—staying precise while your brain and body are both fully engaged.

And it’s exactly what we train at via Inner Space Training

Because operating in extreme environments doesn’t leave space for mental drift.

I’m deeply honored to receive the “Live Long and Prosper” Tribute Award from the Nimoy-Knight Foundation, .knight.foundation presented by David Knight and Julie Nimoy.
The Foundation carries forward Leonard Nimoy’s extraordinary legacy and the spirit behind his iconic message: Live Long and Prosper—a philosophy rooted not just in longevity, but in purpose, courage, compassion, and service to something greater than ourselves.
To be recognized by an organization that has also honored remarkable individuals such as Neil deGrasse Tyson , Dr. Mayim Bialik , Whoopi Goldberg and Billie Jean King makes this even more meaningful.
For me, “Live Long and Prosper” means far more than success—it means resilience, reinvention, and the courage to keep moving forward after setbacks.
My own journey toward becoming an astronaut taught me that the greatest challenges are often not physical, but mental. Through astronaut training, I help others prepare for high-performance environments by first mastering their “inner space” through Space Training
Through Cosmic Girls Foundation, I work to ensure that girls around the world—regardless of where they are born—have access to the opportunities, role models, and belief systems that allow them to imagine themselves in STEM, leadership, and even space.
Because prosperity is not just personal achievement—it is creating pathways so others can rise after you.
That, to me, is the true meaning of living long and prospering.
I’m especially honored to wear the LLAP necklace that accompanies this tribute—a beautiful reminder that “Live Long and Prosper” is not just a phrase, but a responsibility to create opportunities for others and leave a meaningful legacy behind.
A special thank you to our Cosmic Ambassador Amy Imhoff and Michael Stoltz for helping shine a light on Cosmic Girls Foundation and for supporting this connection with the Nimoy-Knight Foundation.
Grateful, inspired, and excited for what comes next.

Yesterday was Girls’ Day 2026—and it delivered.

We had the privilege of working with an incredible group of girls during our Mission to Mars workshop, where they stepped into the role of mission designers. Not just learning—but thinking, solving, debating, and stretching far beyond what they thought they were capable of.

This is exactly why we do this at the

Because the future of the space industry depends on minds that are trained to handle complexity, uncertainty, and bold problem-solving—and yesterday, we saw that potential firsthand.

What made the day even more powerful?
The energy in the room didn’t stay in the room.

Our workshop was featured on Dutch TV’s Editie NL news program bringing these young voices and ideas to national television. Visibility matters. Representation matters. And moments like this help shift what girls believe is possible for their future.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this happen—from the organizers to the partners to the girls who showed up ready to think bigger.

This is how change starts: not with inspiration alone, but with action, challenge, and opportunity.

And we’re just getting started.

Last night was a first I won’t forget.

I was on American TV for the very first time, speaking about the splashdown of Artemis II.

It all happened fast. By the time it was confirmed, it was already time for bed… but there was no way I was missing that moment.

So I set my alarm for 1:45 AM.
Watched the splashdown.
And just over an hour later—at 3:15 AM—I was live on the news.

Surreal.

To witness a moment like this and immediately step into a conversation about what it means—not just for space exploration, but for the next generation of girls who dare to see themselves there… that’s something special.

This is how change happens.
Not just through missions, but through visibility. Through storytelling. Through showing girls what’s possible.

More to come. But for now, here’s a clip from a very early (and very meaningful) morning.

Grateful to for video and photo.

All because of a jar of Nutella 😄

I got invited onto Editie NL and asked:
what would you take with you to space?

My answer:
✨ The Cosmic Girls patch
✨ Our “Women to Space” coin
✨ And not just one… about 20

Because imagine bringing them back as space-flown items and using that to raise funds for Cosmic Girls 💫

Funny how even the smallest moments can connect to something bigger.

So tell me… what would YOU take to space? 🚀

Last night I had the pleasure of attending an exclusive preview of Project Hail Mary, starring Ryan Gosling, hosted by Universal Pictures International Entertainment.

The film — based on the bestselling novel by Andy Weir — brings science, space, and human resilience together in a powerful way. Stories like this matter. They shape how society sees space exploration, innovation, and the people bold enough to pursue it.

I’m excited to share that I’ve been invited by Universal Pictures to collaborate on promotional work around the film. There’s something meaningful about bridging cinematic storytelling and real-world space ambition.

Stay tuned — more to come.

Last night = space, cinema, and serious inspiration 🚀

I attended a special preview of Project Hail Mary with Ryan Gosling — and wow.

Based on the novel by Andy Weir, this story captures something I deeply believe in: when humanity is pushed to the edge, innovation and courage take over.

I’m excited (and honored!) to share that Universal Pictures has invited me to be part of promotional work for the film.

Space on screen. Space in real life.
Stay tuned.
