All machines work in-line and, due to a high level of automation, we achieve a maximum output of 1,000,000 SMD components per week. The flexibility of our equipment enables us to commence production of your prototypes and first runs, and then continue throughout the entire lifecycle
of your PCB. You can choose whether to deliver the components yourself or entrust the purchasing to us. Since we purchase for many projects, we continuously seek the optimum balance between price, quality and availability. In this way, we can shorten delivery times and/or lower prices. In addition to SMD PCB assembly, we also assemble 100% conventional boards or mixed boards with a combination of (double sided) SMD and (double sided) through-hole technology. Our wave soldering machine is filled with the lead-free SACX0307 alloy, which guarantees superior performance. Through-hole components, cable assemblies or mechanical assemblies can also be hand soldered. Our mechanical assembly department is ready to assemble your printed circuit boards into finished product box assemblies. Products assembled by us can be programmed and tested according to your specifications. Product- specific test equipment can either be provided by you or manufactured by us, or one of our partners. A report on the test results is optional. Our people, work methods and high technology equipment enable us to make the perfect product for you. We are often involved in the early stages of the design process, which helps to eliminate subsequent production problems.
