Meet Fian đ
At 24 years old, Fian has been part of the 2MV Composites team for a little over a year. Before joining us, he completed two internships at 2MV, giving him a good feel for the company, the work and what it takes to be part of our hands-on team.
Fian is a practical, motivated and reliable colleague who enjoys working with composites and being part of the team. His favourite production technique is pre-preg, and he has become really skilled at using the cutting machine to prepare fibres for production. Working with carbon fibre, with its unique properties and challenges, is another part of the job that he finds particularly interesting.
But thereâs more to Fian than composites. Being on the water is in his blood. Sailing and boating are a big part of his life, which probably explains why he feels right at home around the kind of products and materials we work with.
Outside of 2MV, Fian is also an active member of the lifeguard and rescue brigade. He even enjoys teaching inline skating in his spare time. Two activities that say quite a lot about him: he likes being active, helping others and sharing what he knows. Fian comes from a socially engaged family, and that spirit clearly shows in the way he approaches life and work.
We are very happy to have Fian as part of the 2MV Composites team and look forward to seeing him continue to develop his skills and grow within the company
