Veduflex BV. heeft de betonnen wanden van een industriële wasstraat (ca. 200 m²) voorzien van een hoogwaardige polyurea liner van Prokol. Na het voorbehandelen van het beton zijn pinholes en oneffenheden dichtgezet met Rocapox Epoxy Gel. Vervolgens is een laag Rocapox Resin 100 aangebracht voor een optimale hechting.

De afwerking bestaat uit een lichtgrijze Prokol liner type: Rocathaan Hotspray PA 440-TF met slagvaste, waterdichte en oliebestendige eigenschappen. De coating is met een lichte nevelstructuur afgewerkt om een mooie robuuste afwerking te verkrijgen.

Het resultaat is een systeemoplossing die de levensduur van de wasstraatwanden aanzienlijk verlengt, het onderhoud vermindert en tegelijkertijd de milieu-impact beperkt dankzij de langdurige bescherming.

Veduflex BV applied a high-quality Prokol polyurea liner to the concrete walls of an industrial car wash (approx. 200 m²). After surface preparation of the concrete, pinholes and imperfections were filled with Rocapox Epoxy Gel. This was followed by a layer of Rocapox Resin 100 for optimal adhesion.

The finish consists of a light grey Prokol liner: Rocathaan Hotspray PA 440-TF, which is impact resistant, waterproof, and oil resistant. The coating was applied with a light mist texture to achieve an attractive, robust finish.

The result is a system solution that significantly extends the lifespan of the car wash walls, reduces maintenance, and simultaneously limits environmental impact thanks to its long-lasting protection.

Na een uitgebreide inspectie van het dak van een school in West-Londen werden ruim zeventig lekgevoelige punten vastgesteld en voorzien van extra bescherming en waterdichting.

Hiervoor is gekozen voor Prokol’s ProTecto MS Detail – een handverwerkbare, vloeibare waterdichting. Het product vloeit eenvoudig en kan met een kwast en/of roller direct op de ondergrond worden aangebracht.

Dankzij de snelle uitharding was de overlast voor de school minimaal en kon er snel een fraai resultaat worden behaald.

Following a thorough inspection of the roof of a school in West London, more than seventy leak-prone areas were identified and treated with additional protection and waterproofing.

For this purpose, Prokol’s ProTecto MS Detail was chosen – a hand-applied, liquid waterproofing system. The product flows easily and can be applied directly to the substrate using a brush and/or roller.

Thanks to its rapid curing time, disruption to the school was kept to a minimum, and a high-quality finish was quickly achieved.

Met een bassin van 300.000 liter, bedoeld voor een sprinklerinstallatie, heeft een waterdichte bescherming de hoogste prioriteit. Bij een waterhoogte van 1,50 meter is een afwerking van zowel de vloeren als de wanden van het bassin noodzakelijk.

Het complete bassin heeft een basis van beton, die is voorbehandeld door het diamantschuren van alle oppervlakken. Na het stofvrij maken van de ruimte is gekozen voor Rocapox Resin 100 TX, een primer op basis van epoxy met een ingebouwde hechtpromotor voor extra versterking en hechting. Ter afsluiting van het systeem is een 3,5 mm dikke laag Rocathaan Hotspray 136-T/05 aangebracht in de kleur RAL 9005.

Dankzij de snelle uitharding van het gekozen polyurea-systeem kon het bassin al snel weer door Sanquin in gebruik worden genomen.

With a 300,000-litre basin designed for a sprinkler installation, ensuring a fully waterproof protection system was of the highest priority. With a water level of 1.5 metres, finishing both the floors and the walls of the basin was essential.

The entire basin is constructed from concrete, which was pre-treated by diamond grinding all surfaces. After the area was thoroughly cleaned and made dust-free, Rocapox Resin 100 TX was applied — an epoxy-based primer with an integrated adhesion promoter for additional strength and adhesion. To complete the system, a 3.5 mm thick layer of Rocathaan Hotspray 136-T/05 was applied in RAL 9005.

Thanks to the rapid curing of the selected polyurea system, the basin was quickly ready for use by Sanquin again.

Duurzaam, slijtvast en bestand tegen vele invloeden – drie belangrijke kernwaarden voor een groot project waarbij de bovenrand van vijf biovergisters (biogasinstallaties) is gerenoveerd met hotspray van Prokol.

Na een voorbehandeling van de ondergrond door middel van diamantschuren is deze behandeld met Rocapox Resin 100 TX voor extra sterke hechting. Vervolgens is het systeem afgewerkt door de bovenste vier meter van de vijf biovergisters te voorzien van een circa 3,5 mm dikke laag Prokol Rocathaan Hotspray 136-T/05 in de kleur RAL 9005.

Dit project is wederom vakkundig uitgevoerd door Ratering Isolaties B.V.. Bekijk hieronder het resultaat van dit bijzondere project.

Durable, wear-resistant and resistant to a wide range of influences – three key values for a major project in which the upper edge of five bio-digesters (biogas installations) was renovated using hotspray from Prokol.

After the substrate was pre-treated by diamond grinding, it was coated with Rocapox Resin 100 TX to ensure exceptionally strong adhesion. The system was then completed by applying a 3.5 mm thick layer of Prokol Rocathaan Hotspray 136-T/05 in RAL 9005 to the upper four metres of each of the five digesters.

This project was once again expertly carried out by Ratering Isolaties B.V. See below for the impressive results of this unique project.

Deze speciaal samengestelde hars is ontworpen voor Spray-In-Place Pipe (SIPP) toepassingen en onderscheidt zich door zijn unieke eigenschap: zelfs bij onverwachte waterinfiltratie tijdens het applicatieproces – bijvoorbeeld door lekkages of toepassingsfouten – blijft het systeem functioneel! Dit betekent niet dat men het systeem op natte ondergronden aan moet brengen, maar het bevestigt dat accidenteel contact met water niet leidt tot falen of materiaalverlies.

Wordt er water gedetecteerd, pauzeer dan het proces, droog het oppervlak grondig en hervat de toepassing – zonder afbreuk te doen aan de integriteit van het systeem. U ziet het in onderstaande demonstratie video!

This does not mean the system should be applied to wet surfaces, but it confirms that accidental contact with water will not result in failure or material loss.

If water is detected, pause the process, thoroughly dry the surface, and resume the application – without compromising the integrity of the system. You can see this demonstrated in the video below!
