For Hidrostal, we developed and manufactured a custom water test tank that enables pumps to be tested under real-life conditions. A robust construction of 4 × 2 × 2 meters, designed to handle continuous flow, pressure, and provide long-term reliability.

EMHA managed the full trajectory: from on-site intake and engineering to fabrication and assembly under 𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝟑𝟖𝟑𝟒, followed by a durable powder coating finish. The real strength of this project? 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, executed with full control over our internal processes.

During the official sea trial of the Euro Carrier NP 676, one thing mattered most: objective proof that the vessel meets strict noise, vibration and comfort requirements.

On behalf of Neptune Shipyards BV, EMHA carried out official noise and vibration measurements on the Nieuwe Waterweg, in the presence of Bureau Veritas. Under realistic operating conditions, we delivered certified data and a clear report, ready for immediate classification review.

The result? Full compliance, no corrective measures, and a smooth path to handover.
