🚀 Another start of a complete containerized offshore & CSC solution!

We have yesterday attended the FAT of a high-pressure seawater pump, which will be mounted in a sound-dampened specially designed/fabricated containerized solution.

We have designed the needed soundproof isolation & house designed ventilation grids to make sure the sound level is below 85 DBA at 7 meter with the cooling air needed for the diesel engine to let it run 24/7 in the harsh offshore environments.

We provide the complete package for the customer, so that he will receive after installation a complete plug and play unit ready to use for his upcoming offshore activities.

❗New Project❗

Good morning everyone

Today we are about to complete the first of the two Lars HD frames! ✅

Today the load test and NDT inspection on the welding will be carried out.

For us, this is a great project that we are proud of, with a lot of varied welding work that we have carried out. The frames will be inspected with a 100% MT inspection and all full pen welds 100% US.

Below are some detailed photos of the welding work!

Change of location! New start!

Het is een tijd geleden dat we van ons hebben laten horen. Maar we hebben zeker niet stilgezeten. De afgelopen maanden waren heel uitdagend met een verbouwing en verhuizing en tegelijkertijd ook de projecten door laten lopen.
Dit hebben we voor elkaar kunnen boksen, niet zonder slag of stoot, samen met ons fantastische team en iedereen wie ons hieraan heeft meegeholpen. Bedankt een ieder voor zijn inzet!

We hebben deze veranderingen moeten uitvoeren, omdat onze vorige locatie niet meer beschikbaar was. Bij het zoeken van een nieuwe locatie waren er weinig of eigenlijk geen locaties zijn waarin wij onze werkzaamheden kunnen uitvoeren.
En om van deze gelegenheid gebruik te maken hebben we de uitvoering meteen goed gedaan om onze hijscapaciteit te verhogen van 8 ton naar 25 ton.

We danken onze klanten en leveranciers en alle betrokkenen voor het begrip wat deze uitdagingen met zich mee heeft gebracht. Met deze verandering kunnen we er voor zorgen om nog meer een grotere variatie van projecten aan te kunnen en een vaste basis te hebben om zo onze productie soepel te laten verlopen.

Een foto zegt meer als duizend woorden, maar cijfers geven feiten aan wat we hebben verricht om onze productie op een nieuwe locatie te kunnen voortzetten.. Hieronder een korte opsomming.
- Verandering van 2x 315m2 met verdiepingen naar 500 M2 voor staalproductie.
- Afgesloten ruimte van 125 m2 voor rvs-constructies met 500 kg aan hijscapaciteit.
- Versteviging aan de constructievoor 25 Ton aan hijscapaciteit aan te kunnen voor de bovenloop kranen.
- Aanpassing van de bovenloop kraan van 25 meter naar 20 meter.
- Totaal 17 ton staal gefabriceerd van nieuwe kolommen/ draagbalken en om de bovenloop kranen te kunnen monteren.
- Compleet nieuwe elektra installatie in de staal en RVS hal.
- Verhuizing van al onze voorraad/gereedschappen en lopende projecten.

Dit allemaal tegelijk met doorlaten lopen van de drukvaten/constructies en onze nieuwe lichtgewicht module containers.

Aankomende tijd gaan we ons focussen om de rest van het pand verder in te richten.

En uiteraard nemen we iedereen mee in de uitdagende projecten welke we hebben gerealiseerd in de tussentijd, zoals onder andere lichtgewicht aluminium container modules, over deze uitdagende projecten laten wij binnenkort meer zien.

The first week of the new year is over. We have made a good start and picked up all our projects again with our team. Below are some pictures of the current and completed projects of recent times.

Some highlights of our executed welding jobs. We continue with the next Pressure Vessel under ASME with a class component certification. Welding will be NDO inspected 100% RT for the BW and 100% US for the center weld. Proud of our team.
