Meer productie uit uw machine halen met compacte palletautomatisering. Daarvoor hebben we de nieuwe Mazak CP-450 ontwikkeld. Het systeem beschikt over twaalf pallets en richt zich op productieomgevingen met een grote productvariatie en lage tot middelgrote volumes.

Met een vloeroppervlak van slechts 5,8 m² biedt de CP-450 een compacte route naar meer spiluren en meer onbemande productie. Machine en automatisering worden vanuit dezelfde Mazatrol Smooth-besturing beheerd. De operator kan vanuit de vertrouwde omgeving onder andere de palletvolgorde en status beheren.

💡 Nieuwe laser, meer capaciteit!

Bij Drost Metaaltechniek in Rhenen draait alles om betrouwbaar en efficiënt lasersnijden. Daarom koos het bedrijf voor een nieuwe MAZAK OPTIPLEX 4220 HP 15 kW in combinatie met een automatisch platenmagazijn.

Het resultaat? Sneller snijden, minder afkeur, minder nabewerking én een soepelere materiaalstroom. Zo kan het team zich focussen op wat echt telt: kwaliteit leveren aan de klant.

Vanaf 14.00 uur op 1, 2 en 3 december openen we de deuren van Mazak in Leuven. Onder het motto ‘Slim produceren. Meer presteren.’ laten we zien welke mogelijkheden er tegenwoordig zijn om productie slimmer, flexibeler en productiever in te richten.

In totaal presenteren we 10 machines, waaronder maar liefst 5 Benelux-primeurs.

🆕 op EuroBLECH: de Mazak OPTIPLEX Ez-L.
Met deze nieuwe fiberlasermachine maken we lasersnijden toegankelijk voor een bredere groep productiebedrijven. De OPTIPLEX Ez-L combineert een compact ontwerp met eenvoudige bediening en een constante snijkwaliteit.

Daarmee is de machine interessant voor bedrijven die hun eerste stap in lasersnijden willen zetten, maar ook voor fabrikanten die hun bestaande capaciteit willen uitbreiden. Tijdens AMB 2026 ontdek je in het Solutions Centre op de stand van Mazak drie machinesimulatoren die de toonaangevende SMOOTH CNC-technologie en de digitale Mazak iCONNECT M2M-service demonstreren.

Alle machines op de beurs worden met elkaar verbonden via iCONNECT, zodat bezoekers realtime de status van de machines kunnen zien. Door deze connectie wordt realtime monitoring mogelijk, zodat afwijkingen vroegtijdig worden herkend en stilstand tot een minimum beperkt blijft. Via Fast Track-ondersteuning en beveiligde remote access kunnen bovendien snelle diagnose en efficiënte ondersteuning op afstand worden geboden.

"Omdat we het altijd zo gedaan hebben?" Niet bij RVM Industries. Toen Ruben Verdonschot extra 5-assige freescapaciteit nodig had, koos hij niet voor de meest voor de hand liggende oplossing.

In plaats daarvan investeerde hij in een Mazak INTEGREX j-200S NEO, een multitaskingmachine waarmee zowel draaibewerkingen als complexe freesbewerkingen gecombineerd kunnen worden.

Zijn doel? Meer flexibiliteit. Door werkstukken op verschillende machines te kunnen produceren, kan RVM Industries sneller schakelen en efficiënter produceren.
