The organisation exists out of three ambitious departments all three with their own expertise;

Mechanical grinding and polishing of: Sheets, tubes (in- and external), vessels, strips, bottoms and angled profiles. All products can be finished according to grid size, for roughness, brushed in line or directionless, high gloss polished up to mirror 8. Eurofinish
Manual grinding and polishing of complex products. Work is performed both in our workshops and on site worldwide and within all branches of industry: the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry, superyacht industry, art objects and architectonic objects. H2Ofinish

Just in: These amazing pictures of Two Manhattan West in New York. A project we've worked on for exactly one year. 465 panels all wetblasted after which they were transported to the USA to be assembled on site.

2022. Een jaar waarin we als bedrijf hebben kunnen werken aan prachtige projecten, met mooie nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Maar ook een roerig jaar. Met de feestdagen voor de deur is het elk jaar weer goed om hier even bij stil te staan. En dankbaar te zijn voor wat we
hebben. Wij danken u allen voor de prettige samenwerking en kijken uit naar een inspirerend en succesvol nieuw jaar. Het gehele team van de Metalfinish Group wenst u een gezond 2023 vol nieuwe energie en perspectief.

Het machinaal slijpen en polijsten van platen behoort tot een van onze expertises binnen het bedrijf. The grinding and polishing of sheets is one of our main expertises within the Metalfinish Group. Our machines create an even grinding profile with the requested roughness value (up to Ra 0.1). We grind and polish all non-ferrous materials when it comes to sheets – standard sizes as well as customized sheets, size is no issue anymore

Onze Metalfinish afdeling slijpt zo’n 12 kilometer aan kokers per week, onder andere voor een van onze grote klanten MCB. Voorheen kocht MCB de kokers geslepen in bij hun leveranciers, echter, dit zorgde voor een groot aantal klachten omdat de kokers niet voldoende geslepen bleken. Our Metalfinish department grinds up to 12 kilometers of square and rectangular tubes per week, for amongst others one of our clients MCB. Before this collaboration started, MCB bought their tubes (grinded and all) in from the production companies. However, many tubes were not correctly grinded which led to a large number of complaints and so they came to the Metalfinish Group. How did we solve this?
