Just in: These amazing pictures of Two Manhattan West in New York. A project we've worked on for exactly one year. 465 panels all wetblasted after which they were transported to the USA to be assembled on site.

2022. Een jaar waarin we als bedrijf hebben kunnen werken aan prachtige projecten, met mooie nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Maar ook een roerig jaar. Met de feestdagen voor de deur is het elk jaar weer goed om hier even bij stil te staan. En dankbaar te zijn voor wat we

Onze Metalfinish afdeling slijpt zo’n 12 kilometer aan kokers per week, onder andere voor een van onze grote klanten MCB. Voorheen kocht MCB de kokers geslepen in bij hun leveranciers, echter, dit zorgde voor een groot aantal klachten omdat de kokers niet voldoende geslepen bleken. Our Metalfinish department grinds up to 12 kilometers of square and rectangular tubes per week, for amongst others one of our clients MCB. Before this collaboration started, MCB bought their tubes (grinded and all) in from the production companies. However, many tubes were not correctly grinded which led to a large number of complaints and so they came to the Metalfinish Group. How did we solve this? Vanuit Dinnissen Process Technology kregen MCB en de Metalfinish Group de vraag of het mogelijk is om platen te leveren zonder folie. Door een aantal aanpassingen in ons bewerkingsproces en verpakkingsmanier kon er aan deze vraag gehoor worden gegeven. Bekijk de video om een kijkje achter de schermen te nemen bij deze mooie bedrijven en om erachter te komen waarom dit best een bijzondere casus is binnen de plaatbewerking.

We received a request from Dinnissen Process Technology and MCB to deliver grinded sheets with no protection foil. After making some adjustments in our grinding- and packaging process, we managed and were able to grant their wish.

This tank - ø2500mm, length 20m - had glue fixed to its walls so we needed to regrind the entire inside for roughness below Ra 1,0.
