A new home for the next generation of green professionals. 🌱

Last Friday, PTI West-Vlaanderen officially opened the new Campus Science & Green in Kortrijk.

More than 2,000 m² of glass architecture designed for hands-on learning, innovation and sustainable horticulture, from professional cultivation to vertical farming and aquaculture.

A place where students can learn, experiment and help shape the future.

Building the future for Planta Groencentrum B.V.

Planta is investing in a future-proof facility to further professionalise its business and offer customers an improved experience throughout the year.

Construction is now well underway, with the foundations taking shape. Behind the scenes, Smiemans Projecten is preparing the next stages through engineering, material selection and detailed planning.

Built in 2010. Still looking strong today.

It was a pleasure to revisit Jones Garden Centre in Ireland and meet owner Carl Jones again.

We built the curved HighLight glass structure in 2010 and later added the restaurant: a comfortable place for visitors to pause, meet and stay longer.

Good buildings support a business for years. Good relationships last just as long.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼

This 480 m² glass structure connects the new tropical glasshouse at Flora Köln with the existing subtropical and camellia greenhouse. A light-filled, weather-protected space for plants, exhibitions and visitors throughout the year.
