At the Gatti brothers’ dairy farm in Caravaggio, near Bergamo, an existing barn has been renovated with a wide range of Royal de Boer solutions, including DuraSoft cow mattresses, 2D Optima cubicles, Twist & Lock feeding fences, Fingergates, Cow Brushes, Soaking Systems and more. Together, these solutions enhance cow comfort and support efficient daily barn management.

🐂 Een nieuwe stalinrichting voor Speckle Park zoogkoeien
⠀
Een bestaande stal, een nieuwe inrichting en een oplossing die volledig is afgestemd op de manier van werken.
⠀
Bij Stolkse Weide in Stolwijk, waar een boerderijcamping wordt gecombineerd met de huisvesting van Speckle Park zoogkoeien, is de bestaande stal volledig gerenoveerd.
⠀
De nieuwe inrichting bestaat uit ruime strohokken met diverse draaielementen, Royal de Boer Access+ voerhekken, jongvee voerhekken en maatwerk tussenhekken. Het resultaat is een praktische, veilige en diervriendelijke stal die perfect aansluit bij de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering én bezoekers van de boerderijcamping een mooi kijkje geeft in de moderne vleesveehouderij.

Dit maatwerkproject is gerealiseerd door onze dealer Mechanisatiebedrijf A.C.A. de Jong, die samen met de veehouder de complete stalinrichting heeft ontworpen en gerealiseerd.

🇷🇸 Cooling Cows in Serbia

Some barns prove that a well considered investment continues to deliver value for many years.
⠀
At this dairy farm, consisting of three barns housing approximately 900 lactating cows and one barn for dry cows, Royal de Boer barn equipment has been in operation since 2010. Feeding fences, Richie water troughs, cubicles and manure scrapers continue to provide the foundation for an efficient and comfortable dairy operation.
⠀
As the farm continued to invest in cow comfort, it later expanded the existing installation with Royal de Boer ECV Fans and feedlane soaking solutions. These climate control solutions were supplied and installed by our dealer GEA Serbia, who also provides service and support for the complete installation.
⠀
The result is a fully integrated barn where proven barn equipment and climate control work seamlessly together. By cooling cows exactly where it matters, the system helps create a comfortable barn environment, reduces the impact of heat stress and supports optimal herd performance throughout the warmer months.
