Last week we successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a customer who will soon implement a fully automated crate unfolding solution in their modern factory.

With this system, the operator simply loads a full pallet of closed crates using a pump truck. The entire process, from depalletizing, unfolding, to stacking the crates back onto a pallet is fully automated.

The operator only needs to load and unload the machine.

After the successful introduction of our stack palletizer and layer palletizer, we proudly present the next step in our portfolio: the Top-Loader Palletizer.

This innovative solution enables handling of crates or boxes at speeds up to 3,000 units per hour, delivering efficiency, reliability, and seamless integration into high-performance production lines.

The first project is already underway, with the fully integrated module shown below. Commissioning is planned in the coming months, and we’re looking forward to seeing this line in full production.
