We’re expanding our portfolio with a new solution for automated crate handling: the Top-Loader Crate Destacker.

Designed specifically for use around crate washing environments, this fully stainless-steel system automatically destacks and feeds empty crates directly to the crate washer.

By automating the crate infeed, the Top-Loader Crate Destacker ensures a continuous and reliable supply of crates, reducing manual handling and helping to keep the washing process running efficiently.

The complete system has been fully assembled, integrated, and tested at our facility and is now ready for shipment and installation at our customer's site in Germany.
This project includes a fully integrated Top-Loader Palletizer capable of handling up to 3,000 crates or boxes per hour, seamlessly integrated into the customer's end-of-line process.

We look forward to commissioning the system and seeing it perform in daily production.

Following the successful completion of the depalletizing line, we are proud to announce that Project 2 is now ready for testing: a fully automated palletizing system.

Together, these two projects form a complete end-of-line automation solution, designed to maximize efficiency, flexibility, and reliability in demanding industrial environments.

A key feature of this palletizing line is its smart data communication. The system exchanges production and palletizing data with the customer's factory systems, allowing complete tracking and traceability throughout the production process. By sharing real-time production information, the customer gains better insight into machine performance, product flow, and operational efficiency.

Last week we successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a customer who will soon implement a fully automated crate unfolding solution in their modern factory.

With this system, the operator simply loads a full pallet of closed crates using a pump truck. The entire process, from depalletizing, unfolding, to stacking the crates back onto a pallet is fully automated.

The operator only needs to load and unload the machine.
