At Reintjes Systems, we always aim to build standardized solutions, like our FX1200 Crate Erector.

For our valued customer Peka Kroef, we got the opportunity to build their third crate erector.

But thanks to our close cooperation and a few special requests along the way, our standard FX1200 became a little less… standard.

So we decided this machine deserved its own branding!

Inspired by Peka Kroef’s well-known Freshline, we proudly introduce the SpecialLine!

Our Full Stack Palletizer is designed for reliable palletizing of empty and lightweight crates.

Before palletizing, the crates are stacked into a stable, perfectly aligned column. The complete stack is then carefully placed onto the pallet, ensuring a controlled and reliable palletizing process.

The system is also suitable for heavier and filled crates, making it a flexible solution for a wide range of applications.

We can’t wait to see this one come to life!

For a customer in the Netherlands, we are currently building a highly automated crate unfolding and palletizing line.

With 2 × FX1200 crate erectors, the system will unfold up to 2,400 crates per hour. From depalletizing and unfolding to quality control, stacking and palletizing, the complete crate flow is automated.

A smart shuttle system distributes the crates through the line, after which they are stacked and automatically palletized, ready to be transported into the production area.

We recently installed a complete crate handling solution at one of our customers in Germany.

The installation consists of two complete lines, each including:
• Universal Depalletizer
• FX1200 Crate Erector
• Automatic Quality Control System

The folded crates are automatically depalletized, unfolded and checked for quality before continuing into the production process.

Another great project completed and another step towards fully automated crate handling!

The system automatically destacks both plastic pallets and plastic dividers, creating a continuous and controlled supply to the washing line.

We’re expanding our portfolio with a new solution for automated crate handling: the Top-Loader Crate Destacker.

Designed specifically for use around crate washing environments, this fully stainless-steel system automatically destacks and feeds empty crates directly to the crate washer.

By automating the crate infeed, the Top-Loader Crate Destacker ensures a continuous and reliable supply of crates, reducing manual handling and helping to keep the washing process running efficiently.
