There’s something satisfying about watching a track come back to life.

This is our team at ARV Achilles in Etten-Leur — mixing, casting and spreading fresh granules, layer by layer, until the track looks and performs like new again.

No demolition, no waste of a perfectly good base. Just skilled hands and the right materials, exactly where they’re needed. That’s what sustainability looks like on our job sites.

At the University Sports Centre in Leiden we installed 3,200 m² of seamless flooring, tailored space by space.

Every personal best starts a few millimetres below the shoe.

Nobody thinks about the track until something goes wrong with it. Yet staying trouble-free for years is much harder than looking good on opening day: it takes a surface that responds the same way on a rainy training night as it does on race day.

That’s the part we take care of, from development and production to the retopping years later. At AV Typhoon in Gorinchem it came to 3,100 m² of World Athletics certified track.

The athlete sets the pace. We make sure the ground never gets in the way.

A cruise deck, resurfaced, while the clock was ticking.

On the Marella Discovery, we and ARF Imperium restored an intensively used deck with our Eco Teak system. The look of classic teak, the performance of engineered marine flooring.

The most sustainable floor is often the one you already have.

Two halls. Thousands of training hours a year. One floor that has to keep up 🏀

For the Oranje Wit hall in Dordrecht, we renovated two sports halls, 2,449 m² in total.

The new floor had to do two things at once:
♦︎ Match the look and feel of the interior
♦︎ Handle the demands of daily, intensive sport

So we developed, supplied and installed our MF Blue 33 Class 2 system ourselves. It’s built for years of intensive use, ready for cleaning robots, and backed by a 10-year service agreement.

Celebrating 35 years of Herculan!

Last Saturday we came together at our home base in Meerkerk to celebrate everything we’ve built.

Over three and a half decades of developing, producing and installing our floors entirely in-house. That’s what got us here, and what carries us forward.
