Following today's "kick-off" ceremony for the 2013 Marches, the team paused for a photo with the CDS before making the long drive back home....the excitement is really mounting now!

Break time (ditch napping) along our route. Cory Lohnes found the perfect seat in this empty tree stump while the rest of us are scattered around the ground. Love these breaks especially when ppl stop and ask if we need a ride!!!

Saw a cool butterfly while on walk today. Had to quit early partly cuz we were too hot and cuz fanshawe park trail has a creek that is not on map....tried findind dryest way across but had soakers...no point getting blisters again so only did about 20km. Trying for mini Nijmegen this week!
