cybe_construction Repost : Job done,... The
first of many
- 3Dprinted all the walls of an 80 sqm single
bedroom house in only one week - together with
Consolidated Contactors Company in Saudi Arabia for the
Ministry of Housing in line with the 2030 ambition and the
need for 1,5 million houses. In addition we 3Dprinted the 21
parapets - which will be hoisted on the roof - in one single
day. 3Dconcrete printing is fit for mass production?
Our 3Dprint philosophy is based on rapidity and flexibility
the technology is developed for fast and flexible printing of
elements in (semi) pre-cast and on-site construction. As
result, the size of the building is not the main factor - a
larger building only needs more elements to be printed.
The design - of course - meets with local building
regulations from a structural perspective. The affordable
housing concept could be used in other region as well - to
solve the housing shortage we globally are facing. The
entire building (with floor, roof and finish) can be realized
in 5 weeks.
It was a pleasure to work together with the CCC team
many thanks to Aref, Ziad, Tarek, Stephan, Watheq, Shaun
and of course our CyBe Construction team. In construction

cybe_construction We print buildings I The first 3D printed
building - La Sphère - in Normandy is currently being built!
For this project, we act as sub-contractor on behalf of

The 31m? building will function as a reception for the
residence "Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny" or Immobilière
Basse Seine, in Harfleur. In total, the building consists of
11-3D-printed wall elements that are printed on the final
location.
Besides the integration of various facilities - such as
insulation anchors, pipping, and structural stability - are
included in these wall structures. We printed this building
in only a few days - in just 21 hours net printing time for
both external, structural and internal walls. Speed and
efficiency are the key!

cybe_construction Another partner is certified! 4
operators of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
attended our 10-day training and printed various elements.
The prints ranged from flower pots to walls with their logo
in them. These designs were downloaded from the Lybrary,
but they also created their own parametric designs and
then printed them using Chysel.
All four operators passed our exam and are now certified
CyBe RC operators. We wish them the best of luck!

for the . Here we gave
a presentation about the Lyve Cooperation and the way we
build these apartments.
Best of all, we got to take a look at the construction site
where we will place 31 modules early next year. These
modules will form the world's first fully 3D printed four-
story apartment complex.

cybe_construction Installation of the second batch of
artificial reef is a fact! @ The end of the marine work
on the municipality of Valras Plage as part of the
3D'Complex project is complete.
Last May, a first batch was submerged which consisted of
eight eco-designed reefs intended for the marking of a
summer channel. This 3D module provides a complex
habitat for surrounding biodiversity.
The installation of the second batch took place at the end
of November. Intended to complexize old underwater
arches present offshore using 3D concrete printing. These
arches enclose the existing reefs and enrich the area with
a diversity of cavities and hard substrates for fauna and
flora.
