This week, we're excited to share the latest progress on , a residential development in commissioned by and designed by .are.uns.

The project features two residential towers:�
🏢 East Tower (Oosttoren) – 19 floors, offering rental apartments only�
🏢 West Tower (Westtoren) – 17 floors, offering owner-occupied apartments only

Work on the East Tower is currently progressing well, with the walls of the 17th floor being installed and the flooring of the 18th floor underway. In the West Tower, we have had our last tunnel pouring. This week we will place the last floors and walls for the roof of the tower.

𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠: 𝙉𝘼𝘾𝙃, 𝘼𝙢𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙖𝙢

This week, we want to take you back to a project we did some time ago: the New Amsterdam Court House, abbreviated as NACH. This project was commissioned by .

NACH is located at the Amsterdam Zuidas. With 47.250 m2 of offices, courtrooms, interrogation rooms and spaces for detainees, it is the biggest courthouse of the Netherlands. The public courtrooms contain enormous concrete tribunes built to meet safety regulations. The construction required massive concrete walls with a height of 10 meters to support the ceilings in the large hall. In addition, the fifth floor has special reinforced concrete foundations to support the steel superstructure that has been built on top of the concrete base.

𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚: 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙪𝙚, 𝙊𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝘼𝙢𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙡

We are excited to share an update on a project commissioned by . is a project in developed by and .

For this project an old office building will be redeveloped into two residential towers of 50 and 70 meters with an intermediate construction. Dialogue will offer a range of housing options: 123 rental apartments in the social sector, 197 middle segment renting apartments, 110 owner-occupied apartments and a care center with 42 rooms. The project also includes an underground car park with storage facilities and a commercial plinth suitable for restaurants as well as office use. Dialogue also includes a completely landscaped courtyard.

RED Bouw has reached an impressive milestone on this project! The construction of Tower A, Block B and block D has been succesfully completed. This means we can focus on the construction of Tower C, which will consist of 16 floors. We are currently working on the pouring of concrete for the 8th floor.

𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚: 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝘿, 𝙇𝙚𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣 🏙️

This week we would like to show you an update on , a future landmark in . The project features three residential towers rising above a lively plinth with terraces and a public park. In total, LEAD will provide more than 580 new houses. Designed with sustainability in mind, LEAD incorporates nearly energy-natural buildings, renewable energy systems, green terraces, an enormous park that enhances biodiversity and mitigates heat stress. Smart mobility systems encourage cycling, walking and electric transport. 🚈

Project LEAD is well underway! The grouting work for excavation pit 1 has succesfully been completed. Together with Key Staal we are installing the bracing frame, in preparation for the excavation. The excavation works will be carried out by Grisnich. Within the construction pit we are realising a two-level underground parking garage.

At the same time, works on tower 3 are in full progress. In collaboration with Fundex, nearly 100 foundation piles are being installed. Each of these piles are approximately 40 meters long. 🏗️

This week, we’re highlighting a past project: Newport Nesselande in Rotterdam, developed for . Located in a scenic area beside the Zevenhuizerplas, this tower has a beautiful view of the Rotterdam skyline. 🏙️

The ‘Newport Nesselande’ project has been completed with the addition of a third residential building. This building consists of two distinct parts: the 21-story Copenhagen Tower, and the adjacent Copenhagen Lakefront — a broader, six-story structure. Together, they offer 93 apartments, 28 single-family homes, retail space, and dedicated parking facilities.

𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙖𝙣𝙏𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧, 𝙍𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙖𝙢

This week, we’re excited to highlight an impressive project underway in Rotterdam, commissioned by and . Together with Construction Company, we’re building The BaanTower. 🏙️ �

One of the most distinctive features of The BaanTower are its five large structural arches, each standing 18 meters tall. These arches are not only eye-catching, they also play a vital role in transferring the load of the 159-meter-high tower to its foundation.

We are currently working on the flooring for the 33th floor of the tower, while the core walls have progressed to the 36th floor. The rough finishing works have progressed to the 24th floor, we will place the screed floor of the 19th floor soon. The final finishing works are also progressing steadily. Tiling is taking place on the 15th floor, ceiling finishes are happening on the 14th floor and sanitary installations are completed until the 11th floor. On the 13th and 12th floor, wallpapering is in progress, after which painting will begin. We will have entrance doors for the 10th floor delivered and installed this week. 🏗️

RED Bouw is progressing steadily with the construction. This week we will reach an important milestone: the roof slab of tower A will be poured. We have then reached the 23rd floor! Once this is done, we will reposition the tunnel formwork, so we can start with the construction of tower C. Next to that, for block D we will realise the 7th floor. On to the next milestones!

𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠: 𝘼𝙈𝙎𝙏, 𝘼𝙢𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙖𝙢 🏙️

This week we want to show you a previous project we did in Amsterdam: , commissioned by .

AMST is a sustainable, socially conscious project and winner of the 2020 Mix Use Development Award. The project is strategically located opposite of the Amsterdam Amstel railway station and consists of 252 apartments spread out over 10 floors. 🚈

The structure includes a 6,800 m² substructure, constructed over two basement levels. On top of these basement floors two volumes have been placed, reaching heights of 23.3 meters and 34.4 meters, respectively. Both of these volumes feature an U-shaped low-rise podium and a central high-rise core. The ground, first and second floor have been realised with Skydeck slab formwork. From the second floor upward, the superstructure was constructed using tunnel formwork systems, to ensure speed and efficiency.

This week we would like to show you an update on , a future landmark in . The project features three residential towers rising above a lively plinth with terraces and a public park. In total, LEAD will provide more than 580 new houses. Designed with sustainability in mind, LEAD incorporates nearly energy-natural buildings, renewable energy systems, green terraces, an enormous park that enhances biodiversity and mitigates heat stress. Smart mobility systems encourage cycling, walking and electric transport. 🌿

We are progressing steadily and are currently prepping the entire site for the construction of this project. Together with various cable owners, the site is being opened and closed to relocate and install several cables. For Tower 1 we have placed the CSM wall and foundation piles. We will start with groundwork and the installation of the shoring frame around week 17. Over at Tower 3, the sheet piles have been installed by Welde. This week, groundwork is carried out in preparation for the Tubex piles. These will be installed in week 11. 🏗️
