Recently, our service engineer Martijn, together with Pim van Dijck of Van Dijck Elektromechanica, completed the first phase of a major service project on a 20-year-old ๐จ๐ก๐๐๐ข๐ ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ at a customer site in Germany.

After two decades of continuous production, the machine's electrical system showed the expected signs of long-term wear. Constant movement, vibration, and exposure to industrial environments can gradually affect wiring integrity, increase maintenance requirements, and raise the risk of unplanned downtime.
To restore reliability and prepare the machine for many more years of operation, our team carried out a complete electrical rewiring. Aging and worn components were replaced, resulting in improved safety, signal quality, and overall system reliability.
