A food-grade, high-precision line for multilayer laminated barrier films used in flexible packaging. It unwinds PE / metallised PET / PE webs and combines all layers at high speed in a single-pass laminating process.

✳️ 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Infrared pre-heating and heated laminating rollers activate the hotmelt for strong, consistent adhesion.

Deze week ontvingen we twee groepen Mechatronica-studenten van het Deltion Zwolle. Op het programma: een presentatie van Crest, een kijkje achter de schermen in onze werkplaats, R&D-demo’s en natuurlijk live machines in actie. Van matrijzen en stempels tot het vormen van nummerplaten. 🔧⚙️

De studenten kwamen met scherpe vragen, staken de handen uit de mouwen en gingen naar huis met nieuwe inzichten én natuurlijk een heerlijke Crest-tompouce 😉. Wij kregen er op onze b***t een flinke dosis energie voor terug. Win-win!
