Bij Oxycom ontwikkelen we innovatieve en duurzame klimaatsystemen voor industriële toepassingen. Onze organisatie groeit en onze techniek ontwikkelt zich volop. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren Lead Engineer die technische richting geeft én zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Als Lead Engineer geef je technische richting aan ons engineeringteam én blijf je zelf inhoudelijk betrokken. Je maakt technische keuzes, brengt focus en werkt nauw samen met productie, assemblage en service om nieuwe ontwikkelingen van concept en prototype naar een maakbaar eindproduct te brengen. Zo zie je direct wat er met jouw ideeën en keuzes gebeurt.

Een rol midden in de techniek, waarin je richting geeft, zelf inhoudelijk betrokken blijft en veel ruimte krijgt om jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten.

Recently, Barry and Serud visited INFRANORM. It was a great opportunity to reflect on our long-standing collaboration and, even more importantly, to look ahead as we renewed our partnership for the coming years.

Last week, Kennispoort Regio Zwolle visited our office in Raalte to film a video about Oxycom and the IntrCooll. They interviewed Bart about the innovation behind our two-stage adiabatic technology.

The jury selected three innovations that stand out for their innovative strength, entrepreneurship, impact and future readiness.

We are very proud to see the IntrCooll among the finalists, recognising its potential to contribute to a more sustainable approach to cooling through our two-stage adiabatic technology.

Aleksey from Eurocold, our distributor in Kazakhstan, recently joined Abe Duetz, Kira Girgenson and Sunil Tiwari in the Netherlands for a visit focused on reconnecting, sharing knowledge and exploring future collaboration.

As part of the visit, they explored two Oxycom projects, Lekkerland Nederland B.V. and Bakkerij Braas. At Braas, five IntrCooll units are installed in a highly automated production environment, offering a great opportunity to experience Oxycom’s two-stage adiabatic cooling technology in practice. 🍞

Visits like this bring conversations to life and provide a valuable perspective on what our technology can do in practice.

At SIMP, six IntrCooll Plus units have been installed by our partner Erik Savi from Dropcooling, to tackle summer heat in the plastic and latex production areas.

Using Oxycom’s two-stage adiabatic cooling technology, the system delivers consistent cooling and positive pressure across both production areas, creating a more comfortable and controlled working environment.

Vanochtend besteedde RTL Z aandacht aan de Nederlandse export naar de Verenigde Staten en de impact van de Amerikaanse importtarieven.

Bart Reinders, CEO van Oxycom, gaf toelichting op de ontwikkelingen rondom de Amerikaanse importtarieven en de mogelijke gevolgen voor Nederlandse exporteurs.

For 12.5 years, Emile has been an industrial designer at Oxycom, helping develop and continuously improve our products.

He started as our “concept guy”, turning ideas into first designs with a pencil in hand. ✏️Over the years, he embraced new design tools and ways of working, while his role grew further within the engineering process.

But one thing hasn’t changed: many new ideas still start with a sketch in Emile’s notebook.

From a simple conversation, he turns ideas into visible concepts and gives the team a strong starting point for further development.

A great combination of creativity, engineering and experience.

❄️𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥.

With summer temperatures increasingly reaching 30°C, maintaining a stable indoor climate is becoming more important, even in Northern Europe.

Moilas Oy, Finland’s largest gluten-free bakery, was looking for an energy-efficient solution to reduce and stabilize the temperature in its production area. The goal was to improve product quality, reduce waste and provide a comfortable working environment for its employees.

We installed three Oxycom IntrCooll Plus units with Heat Reclaim modules, reusing available process heat during the colder months, combined with textile air socks for even air distribution throughout the bakery.

The result: a stable and comfortable year-round climate, with highly energy-efficient cooling in summer and smart use of available heat in winter.
