💧 We have successfully delivered a new containerized water treatment system designed to recover and reuse process water from fruit sorting operations.

This is the second large-scale system we have delivered to the fruit-processing industry, an important milestone that reflects the growing demand for efficient and sustainable water reuse solutions.

The installation combines several treatment technologies:

• Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)
• Disc filtration
• 10x Ultrafiltration Membranes(UF)
• Granular Activated Carbon (GAC)

Together, these treatment steps remove suspended solids, fine particles and organic contaminants, allowing a significant portion of the process water to be safely and reliably reused.

By reducing both freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge, the system helps our client lower its environmental impact and improve the overall efficiency of its operations.

💧 PFAS vormen wereldwijd een groeiende uitdaging voor waterkwaliteit, mens en milieu. Omdat deze stoffen nauwelijks afbreken, is een integrale aanpak nodig: van detectie en verwijdering tot definitieve vernietiging.

Zo zijn we bijvoorbeeld binnen het TRIPLE-A-project aan het werken aan één geïntegreerde en schaalbare oplossing. Dit doen we samen met Forever Analytical, NX Filtration, No Waste Systems en de Universiteit Utrecht. Zo zetten we gezamenlijk de stap van afzonderlijke innovaties naar een praktisch toepasbare oplossing voor verschillende water- en afvalwaterstromen.

This project is an exciting step forward in biological nitrogen removal for industrial applications, offering a compact footprint, low OPEX and strong treatment performance.
