It's the first of the month, and that means new colleagues! We welcomed three new KNAPP'erds to the office. They started their day with an onboarding session, followed by a nice lunch in good company.

We wish Miguel Colas, Camille Hardy and Casper Breedveld the best of luck in their new roles.

In today’s challenging job market, we’re always exploring new ways to attract future talent, so why not start early?
We were delighted to welcome a group of students to one of our sites in Belgium, where they got an inside look at KNAPP: who we are, what we do, and the career opportunities we can offer. The visit included an informative introduction, a guided system tour, and, of course, a small thank-you in the form of goodie bags to take home.

It was a valuable and inspiring afternoon, and a great step toward connecting with the talent of tomorrow.

"For me, openness at KNAPP Benelux is about being open to new ideas, fresh perspectives, and to everyone. My own journey really shows that.

I graduated through my internship at KNAPP and joined the organization at 21 years old, everything was completely new to me back then. Over the past four years, I’ve grown from a graduation intern into my role as a Corporate Recruiter, and today I get the space to put my own ideas and vision into practice, many of which I already explored during my internship. I’m truly grateful for the openness at KNAPP and for the opportunities I’ve been given as a young professional. I learn something new every day, keep developing myself, and that’s what makes working here so valuable to me."

We are excited to announce that Jasper Graumans has taken the next step within KNAPP, moving from Team Lead to Spare Parts Manager. In this new role, Jasper will be responsible for further strengthening our spare parts operations with the same dedication and expertise we’ve come to value.

We wish him every success in this new challenge and look forward to continuing the journey together!
