Procurement And Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Procurement and Sales Manager to join our team. As the Procurement and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing sales strategies and ensuring effective Purchasing processes to achieve company targets.
Procurement and Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, identify potential customers, and evaluate sales opportunities for effective decision-making.
• Monitor product pricing and operations to ensure cost-effective procurement and competitive pricing.
• Ensuring the supply of products aligns with the company's sales targets.
• Prepare and present detailed weekly, monthly and annual sales and purchasing reports regularly to senior management.
• Cultivate strong customer relations and maintain positive report with key accounts through regular communication and visits.
• Keeping abreast of technological advancements and enhancing digital platforms related to products. Providing insightful summaries by analyzing technological developments and relevant data trends.
Procurement and Sales Manager Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in sales and procuring roles, with a strong understanding of effective sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer preferences.
• Experience in the PVC material pruchasing and getting optimal results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
What we are looking for?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement in Turkiye, preferred in materials market.
• You are a performer as an individual, but also within a team.
• You have knowledge of Turkish and Dutch or English.
• You can communicate well, work together and you enjoy managing a small team.
• You like to achieve the best results in a team.
• You have Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field, MBA preferred.
• You have experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with an ERP system (M3).
