Diesel Injection Vliegenthart BV employs a team of skilled engineers with more than 25 years’ experience in the maritime & industrial industry. Our core activity is reconditioning of fuel injection nozzles, complete fuel injection valves, fuel injection pumps single and in-line, fuel pump plungers & barrels, governors etc. Thanks to intensive technical research effort we could develop advanced reconditioning methods. Hence we can do extensive rush jobs without harming the technical quality. We supply on very competitive terms, genuine spare parts and consumables from O.E.M suppliers as L’Orange, Bosch, Bryce etc.

Green energy is the future and in cases we hear from people who don’t understand the business that our name “Diesel injection” is a dirty word ?.
Diesel fuel is still seen as polluting, but what is really the solution.
Many engine makers stepped already in to reduce emissions by developing dual fuel/gas engines and many are runs in fleet and power stations.
The nice side effect is that these gas running engines need to be ignite by Diesel, verry les but still.
In a world of green and re-circular we like to make a step forward by service overhaul of pilot fuel valves.
The research and developing was all done in house, our electrical department made a piece of art with controls to test these pilot valves.
We currently refurbish MAN 51/60DF pilot valves with new nozzles and solenoids, all landing surfaces are lapped, assembled and tested.
As “dirty Diesel injection” we follow the developments of engine makers closely and tackle every challenge to relieve our customers.
